A small Dunkin. What they lack in size they make up for with friendly staff.
Very nice ladies who work there. There was an issue with my DDPerks coupon so it wasn’t going through in the system. They honored it even still. She even let me try the new flavor that I was ordering before I bought it. There was a bit of confusion in the specifics of the order because her English wasn’t the best but we clarified it and left happy.
This place is conveniently located and reasonably priced. They do have an abundance of homeless folks hanging around sometimes asking for money or food.
As much as I enjoy DD in general, this particular location is ridiculous when it comes to order detail. I ask for coconut milk and I get dairy, I say no cheese, I get cheese (photo attached). It's so ridiculous. Check your order before you leave. Save yourself the frustration of getting back to your desk or home and realizing your order is wrong. DD needs to realize this location is typically overwhelmed in the mornings.. Smh.
Never seen any of their employees smile. You will feel guilty for walking in and disturbing their 24/7 break
I loved every time I’ve gone here. Staff is so helpful and friendly. I noticed that sometimes the donuts aren’t that fresh, but overall tasty!
Morning staff moves incredibly slow and almost always makes my drink wrong. I had to repeat my order THREE times and it was still wrong. Customer service is horrible. Hana barely speaks and it takes them forever to acknowledge you when you come in. Don’t give them service.

1 out of every 3 times, my drink is usually missing an ingredient (i.e. iced latte that doesn't even have milk) and the flavor is often inconsistent, which is very confusing.
Love the iced latte with Almond milk. The new grilled cheese sandwich is excellent. Crunchy bread.
