It's conveniently on my commute route, but the store seems chronically understaffed. Usually only one or two people behind the counter during morning rush. (can only remember three on staff in Am one time in past year).Almost always a walk-in customer line of three or more, and, more annoyingly, always a line/wait for online orders. Usually three to five people waiting there, but sometimes more than seven.
This place is so incredibly wasteful. Everything is single use plastic, they refuse to use reusable coffee mugs, and the outside is littered with those plastic stir straws. The service is also very slow as they only have one employee on duty. We are facing a climate emergency and companies like this are still refusing to address our waste issue. Why is this acceptable?
This location is horrible. They give hot iced tea and are always getting the orders wrong. On top of wrong orders they always have an attitude with someone.
staff (all three) this morning were extremely rude to me and other customers. They asked for a mobile order name and found nothing and then the order number and found nothing and finally found our order sitting on the counter with the order ticket “stolen”. They were extremely rude and dismissive to several other customers whose orders they could not find or had messed up. Not a single sorry or concern with the inconvenience caused to paying customers. Arguing, walking away, mumbling rude words under their breath.
They get the order right all the time, specially when you want to customize the coffee. Thumbs up.
Slowest Dunkin’ I have ever ordered from. I am here at least 5 times a week. I recommend ordering ahead at least 20 minutes or else you’ll be standing there with a crowd waiting. Disappointing.
I got two avocado toasts and I figured out after I arrived home, there is no sesame on it. Also, when I got into the store, there was three employees and all of them were barely talking or moving to give me my order.
His story is very small it has like three parking spots outside and it's on a steep hill so very hard to park
Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts in the United States. Every SINGLE time I go, my order is wrong. My order is a black coffee with 1 pump sugar free hazelnut. Literally gave me 4 pumps normal, so I asked to redo. They replaced it with a hazelnut swirl coffee with creamer which I didn’t order! How hard is it to do black coffee with 1 pump sugar free hazelnut? It’s also the slowest Dunkin and the staff is not friendly. For the sake of the neighborhood, replace this location with a Starbucks.
Sunday, 3PM No Glazed Donuts. This Dunkin never fails to disappoint. Poorly managed with very limited parking. Seating area upstairs is never used because you feel like you’re in an empty warehouse. This place has no soul.
