Best coffee in town
Sometimes it’s great, but I’ve been burned too many times by this Dunkin’ to ever want to spend my money there again. We’ve had them mess up our orders several times, but the worst part about this location is the inconsistency. Unfortunately, they are bad more often than good. For example, an iced macchiato should have espresso as at least half of the liquid but whenever I get one from here it usually tastes like sweet milk with the faintest hint of coffee flavor. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Starbucks or Commonwealth Joe down the street.
If you can get them to actually make your order right then the coffee is decent. My order is wrong about a third of the time, though. Just save yourself the annoyance and go to the Starbucks or Commonwealth Joe down the street.
Horrible only one person working and was moving extremely slow. Waited almost 15 mins no service or acknowledgement. Didn’t say hey my apologies for the wait be right with you nothing.
They prioritise mobile orders over in store, and keep getting my simple cappuccinos and lattes wrong. I used to work in a coffee shop and it’s not rocket science to read a label on a cup and make a drink as it should be.
It's a Dunkin in DC. Good donuts, but expect a language barrier when ordering
Ordered a chicken bacon and cheese croissant stuffer and got this weird/bad looking empty croissant.
Slow but still a decent cup of coffee.
Great customer service, today we went there and we were treated very well. So satisfied with the drinks and bakery. Thank you exactly to that location.
Somebody advise this location that a matcha tea should never be brown. It’s green. Not sure what the hell you put in my cup, but this has happened TWICE.
