Regularly order Uber eats from here and they cannot get my SIMPLE order correct. Ask for plain bagel and half the time it comes with cream cheese on it. Ordered butter on the side and it was on the bagel. Just follow instructions!!
They don’t know how to make their drinks!
I’ve tried multiple times, but every time I visit this location, I am disappointed. Once, I ordered hot chai tea and got black coffee instead. This most recent time, I ordered an iced chai and the entirety of the cup was ice.
This place has forgotten items for my mobile order couple times. It's really annoying to find out you're missing something that you paid for once you have already arrived at work.
Service was a little slow but over-all your average duncan donuts
The people and workers are really nice here and the drinks are good. However, the management here is so incompetent that they don’t maintain inventory nor do they restock it when out. They’ve been out of decaf espresso for like almost a month now. Yikes. Dude. You’re a coffee shop. I mean…yikes.
