100% hate the fact that this place started selling hooka on the rooftop. I thought this place was a bar not a lounge. Trying to get a drink upstairs with these big things on the bar is just obnoxious. Please go back to being a place that was all about fresh air and good vibes.
The rooftop deck is lovely. The cold brew cocktail is delicious.
Nice atmosphere. Rooftop is a lot of stairs to walk up. The EDM music was not really my vibe but the Birthday Girl had fun and that's all that matters.
I brought 2 friends to Don Tito in Clarendon based on reviews and b/c I googled “best margaritas in NVA” (Don Tito’s was rated #2 or #3). We ordered Skinny margaritas w/ Patron Silver + a couple drops of agave. Once the drinks finally arrived (took a long time & it wasn’t a particularly busy time) - in flimsy plastic cups/glasses - they didn’t taste like margaritas. Our waiter was covering a lot of tables and was very nice - so we didn’t want to complain. We chose to “suck it up” (not literally!). Then the meals arrived. Totally unremarkable. Eatable, but not good.So, Covid has taught me to simply not complain - expectations of pre-pandemic service (of any kind) are out the window. I truly appreciate service personnel who are willing to work in these difficult jobs. And b/c I waitressed during my college days - I have always had a high level of respect for all service workers - I tip generously unless the server is rude (a very rare occurrence). But I felt the need to offer our experience to those considering a visit to this establishment.

I have been to Don Tito a number of times before, but stopped in on a Tuesday night for tacos and a margarita and was pleasantly surprised with the delicious tacos and exceptionally friendly service. All of my other experiences have generally been late night, so it's nice to know that this is a viable lunch spot or happy hour on my list. I believe happy hour goes from 4:00 to 7:00 which is an hour after most of its neighbors.
Frozen peach Margarita with a salted Rim, tasty! Food was good! Service was lacking, but it was busy! Enjoyed our evening immensely!
I really like coming here. They have the best nachos in the area. The only problem is the staff. Not friendly and not willing to deliver a great customer service and experience for their clients.
I went for HH with one of my girlfriends, and this place was FANTASTIC! I ordered nachos, and had shrimp added to them. My goodness ?. We also tried their flavored margaritas ?. Peach was my favorite, followed by passion fruit. Do yourself a favor, and check them out.
Good spot for drinks and socializing. I wouldn't recommend it if you're a picky eater just because it was just okay and nothing to write home about. I ordered empanadas and wings.
