This is the second time I have ordered delivery from Dominos on Colombia Pike. I'm charged over $6 dollars for a service charge. So in turn I do not tip because I'm being charged an extra $6 dollars already. When I sign the check the delivery driver tries to keep my pizza and harasses me. I have literally almost had to get into a physical altercation with this guy to get my food. Then he continues to call me after he leaves. (1) if the driver needs more money give them the service charge or pay them more and (2) hire decent individuals that are good human beings. Not that hard to not harass customers after they have paid an extra 6 dollars more than the pizza price for a pizza to be delivered. Pathetic...
I had my pizza delivered today. I should have looked at it before I took it. The pizza was delivered in great time, HOWEVER this location is definitely cutting corners. The pizza was SUPER DRY! They hardly put any cheese on it all all. Last time they did the same thing and I thought I would give them another try, but this seems to be normal for this location. I was looking forward to the pizza too only to be disappointed that it was not the Domino standard.
I have been waiting over an hour and have called the store multiple times. Who wants to eat pizza at 10pm at this point. It said for 15 min the driver is in my neighborhood. I walked all around and I don’t see any car in my condominium with a Domino sign. $40 down the drain. Again I’m on hold as I am typing this and I have still yet to reach anyone. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. Update I got a refund but now I’m going to bed hungry.
Come in ask for my order to pick up since it said online was ready. Cook goes to the back and was there for 5-10mins while the phone was ringing like crazy. I yelled and said your phone is ringing and the girl states oh don't worry about. She stated she was the only one working there with the new pizza guy. Then a couple seconds later a guy pops out from the back to see what's going on he had glasses. Now to mention when looking for my order it wasn't together they were scrambled all over. Management needs to retrain or CORPORATE needs to intervene.
They will process payment and never deliver food. When you call them, they will not pick up. This has happened 3 times now. If you like giving money away and not receiving anything in return, then use this store. Absolute GARBAGE place.
Order here if you want to spend money on a pizza but not get a pizza! 3 times now I have ordered here and the app says the food is delivered yet I receive no phone call or any food. Good luck trying to get an answer because they do not answer the phone at this store. All the cost of food, without the food! Great.
I went here New Years Eve for 2 single topping medium pizzas. Pretty quick service, food was average but the price was $30! I thought the deal was $5.99 each. I don't know why it cost $30.
Pizza was good and the guy who prepared the pizza was friendly. However he prepared the pizza and was cashier at the same time. For health safety and organization I think 1 person have to be cashier and the other prepare the food
I don’t get it… I don’t order from here often, but now back-to-back orders have been wrong. One time it was wrong ingredients on a pizza.Today they forgot the boneless chicken, despite the pizza box indicating 1 of 2.He’ll be back with the chicken…I hope, but for this incredibly sloppy service, I get a 20% off one item coupon. I mean, I tip 30% for delivery because I know they appreciate it…There are plenty of pizza joints around here…I just need to find a new, convenient go-to pizza.Update: The boneless chicken arrived; however the sauces didn’t…so continues the saga of poor service.
Believe all the reviews about this Dominos regarding messed up orders because this is another one of those reviews. I’ve ordered from this place at least 3 times, the first time they put onions instead of green peppers, second time I got a hand tossed pizza instead of thin crust plus they forgot my orange soda & 3rd time, tonight, they forgot my dipping sauce for cheese sticks & they did not put green peppers on the pizza as I requested. I wonder if these mix ups pertain to this particular location or if Dominos as a whole is over working their employees with crazy expectations they announce lately? e.g They state they’ll bring your curbside order out within 2 mins or else its free
