I can’t explain how upset I was with my delivery. The delivery driver Imitaz calls and tells me to come downstairs to the lobby to pick up my food. I begin to ask is there anyway he could come upstairs because I’m pretty sick and don’t wanna go downstairs. He says well you know because of Covid we’re not going up to apartments. I said oh well it would be really appreciated if you could come upstairs because I really am not feeling well and that’s why I prefer I did a delivery order. He then proceeded to say well you should’ve paid more than two dollars for a tip if you wanted me to come upstairs. I said I wasn’t aware that my tip would determine whether my food would come to my door or not. Keep in mind I accidentally tipped through the app because I usually tip cash. He never allowed me a chance and decided I wasn’t worthy of a delivery. But standard tip in a restaurant where the person is providing a full service will get 15% minimum. If someone who is simply driving some thing to my door has an issue with that 10% tip that he received and then I have nothing else to say. Once again he never allowed me to give an additional cash tip. He hung up the phone on me dropped off the food to my door.I didn’t even eat the food because I’m worried he may have tampered with the food with his terrible attitude. Nowadays you can’t take any risks. I’m just simply disgusted with how people treat you. I will never order from here again.

Dominos has this hotspot feature on there app that is suppose to allow you to meet the delivery driver at a particular spot of there choice. First I dont understand why they just could not deliver to my hotel. So the store calls me after 10 minutes beyond the deliver time and says we need an address. Now im confued. Your app clearly marks a spot where the customer is to meet you-yet your asking for an address. It even ask for a discription of the person receiving the food (cloths and other identity). This was the worse experience. Whats the sense of having a hotspot feature that Dominos created that doesn't work for themselves and even more so the customer? Worse experience ever.14APR22. This is a a follow to the first comments I posted on 12APR22. I just got a call from the store manager in relation to my complaint. He says and i quote "maybe we will get it right next time" Dominos as a corporation should hold their stores, management and staff to a higher standard when it comes to customer service. There will not be a next time for me and/or my family. Thanks for nothing Dominos.

I’ve ordered twice from this location using the Domino’s app, and was not aware of the bad reviews. The first time I ordered, the pizza was so undercooked we had to try re-bake it in our oven. The second time our order was wrong and the delivery person wouldn’t do contactless. Tried calling for a refund but they don’t answer the phone.

Every time you order from this Dominos they WILL mess up the order. They frequently forget stuff that is added, including: marinara, blue cheese, ranch, etc. Last time I ordered they even forgot the salad in addition to all of the other items. I had to chase down the delivery driver after he just dropped the food on the floor and dipped. I told him he was missing stuff and he said, "no that wasn't on the order". What a liar (name is Shaker so expect terrible service if you see him assigned to deliver to you).You have to call the store to have an issue fixed, and as I write this comment, I have been on HOLD with it "ringing in the store" for more than 20 minutes already. Completely unacceptable.Update: I gave up after 30 minutes and won’t bother with trying to get a refund for the money they essentially stole from me.If you order from this Dominos expect missing items and poor service.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not recommend this location at all. They are completely unprofessional and the pizza rarely ever comes right as order. Why? These people cannot comprehend basic English. They don’t understand the difference between light sauce and white sauce over the phone. I normally wouldn’t care about that but this is a BUSINESS and they are taking peoples MONEY.No, no, and no. Not to mention they pray on the floor—hands touching the dirty ground— and go right back to making pizzas WITHOUT gloves and WITHOUT washing their hands. The entire place is dirty and unhygienic.Order from here if you want but you might catch a disease. I would recommend going next door to Paisanos. Their pizza isn’t sloppy and they wash their hands. Stay safe!

This is a SUPER SUPER SUPER BAD experience. We ordered a 10-piece garlic parmesan win but only got 8 pieces. I called back to the store at 3535 SOUTH BALL ST, Arlington, VA, 22202 and asked them for refund the $4 BUT GOT REFUSED!!!! And then they just HANG UP my call!!!!How ridiculous it is???!!!!! I paid legally but got nothing!!!!!Highly recommended not go to this store. I believe any other Domino Pizza will definitely better than this one. I will keep calling and reporting until I got official reply.

Our pizza arrived warm, not sure if the driver had many stops, or if the pizza was sitting out for a while. Furthermore, the pizza was poorly made. There was not much cheese and very little pepperoni slices on pizza I literally laughed, because it was joke. My 3 year old makes their pizza better then the adult that made ours. However, the wings were good. Moreover, I will not be ordering from this place again. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.

If I can give 0 stars I would I order a medium pizza it was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. It came 2 hours after I ordered it. The box wasn’t even hot. The pizza was cold.The delivery guy had the nerve to ask me why he ain’t get a tip.

Specifically ordered a pizza over the phone so I could explain we can have no cheese on our pizza. I repeated the order multiple times and it still showed up with cheese. I called them and they were beyond rude and said it only has provolone on it. I reexplained I said no cheese. They said order another and you will have to pay for it again! I am digusted at the customer service and will never order from here again. .......they did call back finally and sent a correct pizza. Not sure if it is a language issue but glad they finally fixed it.

Worst delivery experience ever. Ordered the pizza to be delivered to the hotel and used the tracker feature. Order submitted at 10:44 p.m. We noticed the tracker Tracker seemed stuck on "quality check" for 30 minutes before it went to "delivery." Then finally get texted that Ashan left the store at 11:24 p.m. with the pizza (store is 1.8 miles away) so figured 10 to 15 minutes tops. At 12:08 p.m. another text that Ashan has entered the neighborhood and would be arriving shortly so we go downstairs to the lobby ready for when he pulls up to grab our pizza. Wait and wait still no sign of Ashan. Try to phone store but of course no answer since they are closed. Almost 1:00 a.m. so we figured it isn't coming so we decided to just go to sleep. Then at 1:17 a.m. another text that says "get ready as Ashan is pulling up now" so back down the elevator to the lobby exhausted but hungry and retrieve the pizza at 1:30 a.m. Almost 3 hours from the time it was ordered! Of course it was ice cold and like cardboard and to add insult to injury we paid $35 for a large thin crust inedible pizza which included a 20% tip. When I phoned this morning and told the manager about our experience he said he would give us another pizza. Well now I have left the hotel and the city to return home to Norfolk so this is not an option. I requested a refund on my credit card instead and he said we don't do refunds. I ask for his name and he utters out what I felt was a fake name and then hangs up on me. No answer when I attempted to call back. I am now trying to get my refund from the customer service app. We will see how this works out. My advice is to order elsewhere where the customer is treated fairly and with respect. If this location cannot handle the volume and give customers the service they deserve then they should not accept the order.I would have ordered somewhere else had I known this was such a disappointment.
