Terrible customer service. Kept saying they didn't have my order when it was placed through doordash. She just hadn't looked at the computer. Was given the sides. Chicken was a little dry. Sauce is bland. There was a hair in my to go container beside my chicken. My class mate was given utensils for her order. Will not be returning back.
I took a chance and maybe I should see if they have great food, came out super disappointed bought the Aloha chicken sandwich, literally quality is one star, the chicken was cold so it’s not even a fresh sandwich, slap some chicken, circle pineapple and bread thats it boom $10, happy to say I won’t be coming back, y’all need to put a lot more love on what you guys are offering. hey atleast plantains are good be bad if you mess that one too.
They gave us chicken that had blood in it. My friend said they kept giving him a weird vibe so we not sure if it was a racist thing or maybe they were ready to go home . But it is disappointing that they basically gave us raw chicken
Got in the restaurant, the lady didnt even speak just ask for my order, and the people behind me she gave them excellent customer service,smh. Also when I received my food it was very cold had to give it back to them and they gave me a hot plate. This place is not recommended at all.
The chicken was very juicy and delicious. This place never disappoints and I will definitely be back for more.

Whoever is running this place is a pure hustler. I went there at night and the my were literally giving me old chicken that they keep in this weird metal oven below. The side of rice comes in a container that is really thin and deceiving. The the smallest side order quantity I’ve ever gotten anywhere. The sauce is the best sauce I’ve ever had in my life. The employees rude and as another one of the reviews mentioned I also felt that they were unhappy to see me walk in for an order. Rude and aggressive. The side orders were microwaved. I couldn’t believe it. They were microwaving them. SMH. They try to hide this stuff behind this huge brick wall they have covering the food prep area right in front of you. The people of the area deserve much better than this. I’m going to edit this comment often so it comes back to the top.
The order was given but not accurately met. Extra sauce was requested but not given. Also the French fríes we’re overcooked and burned.

Food is good, but I have tried to go in there 4 times over the past couple of months and the Point of Sale system has been down and is cash only. I do not carry cash, so I can not pay. This was the last try, I will not be going back. You lost a customer who lives one block away and was in there a couple times every month.EDIT 9/20/2021 I figured that after three years, they would have gotten their credit card system working. Turns out it was out yet again. Still live a block away and still can't get a piece of chicken.
