My husband and I came in to purchase an ice cream cake and some shakes, but unfortunately did not feel comfortable doing so. The staff didn’t seem to be practicing the best practices as far as cleanliness. While in line, we noticed that all of them had long hair that was free falling and not tied back or covered. We also observed employees using gloves to touch and move their hair and rub their faces and noses. Additionally they were fluctuating from operating the register, and handling money, to fixing ice cream with the same gloves. After being in line for about 6-7 minutes we no longer felt comfortable to eat from this establishment. It’s a possibility they are just young and unaware. This is a teachable moment
Great! Cold Stone Creamery is always a favorite of mine for a special treat! You can have any toppings you want in an ice cream here! The mix ins are the best. You literally can create something different everytime or you can order from their creations if you can’t decide! Get it in a wafflle bowl or cone - they are fresh made daily! The aroma is what you smell when you are near a cold stone from outside of the store! You can top it off with hot fudge or Carmel or have them as mix ins! Don’t forget the fresh real whip cream and cherry topper to make it a sundae! There’s so much to make and so many flavors to mix! You will never be bored here! Enjoy all of your creations! I highly recommend this site location in Arlington!
My ice cream wasn’t good and the employees were rude to me. I also thought it was overpriced for such a small cup of ice cream. Plus I added a tip even though the guy that made my ice cream was rude to me and the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change, but I let them have it. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend. I prefer Dairy Queen over cold stone anyway, it’s cheaper and you get more for your buck.
We really enjoyed this place. Ice cream tasted great. Service was good. I would definitely recommend this place.
Amazing place for ice cream lovers. I tried cookies make things better, it was delicious ?. Good ambience, good customer service, spacious. Good place for friends to hangout.
Ordered through Uber eats. Only one of 2 items arrived and the additional waffle cone was missing. Store closed so nothing could be done.
Four times in a row they have "forgotten" to include the two waffle bowls I ordered. Uber Eats told me not to call the restaurant directly after placing my order or they would terminate my account. They said "if it happens again, just call us and we'll refund you." I DON'T WANT A REFUND! I WANT THESE RETARDS TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT!
I really wish they had vegan ice cream. Sorbet is OK, but most ice cream places have vegan options now. Not sure why Cold Stone is so far behind.
I was this store on 8/11/21 it was very clean inside. Once I got in line to order there was 2 ppl behind the counter and one person being served. The person that wasn’t serving anyone didn’t even say hello even though they looked at me a few times. As for the cashier that night after he served the guy that was in line before he never said nothing to me either. Im standing there because I was sure where to put my order in at Im from out of town so after a few minutes he finally addressed me but it was just weird now a 3rd person comes out & they got served auto. Had I not wanted that ice cream I would have left. It only takes a few seconds to say hello or I will be with u in a minute instead of just letting someone stand there.
The ice cream is good. But I’ve been here twice. One time I left because the line was long and there was only one person there.The next time there were two people there but they were so slow. Then instead of putting all the ice cream he mixed into the cup, the guy threw the extra part away…. Never have I seen that at a cold stone ?♀️
