Absolutely not enough dressing, so salad is dry, impossible to it.Didn’t put ingridients I ve payed extra.
The salad was good. The stars were for the custom service. I was greeted with do you know what you want? No hi, welcome in? They were not busy. The one who made my salad didn’t greet either just made it like she didn’t want to be there at all! And no judgement on that everyone has bad days but when you’re customer facing you should at least act like you appreciate the customer. After getting my salad I told her have a nice day she said thanks it just wasn’t a warm feeling walking into this location. I usually go to Chinatown or Navy Yard, they are better. Chopt needs to take SweetGreens customer service training but this experience was subpar. Got home and seen my salad is barely chopped. Would not recommend
Went to this location today jasmine gave some of the best customer service I’ve have ever had she recommended the crispy chicken ranch and it was delicious definitely coming back
Quite literally a perfect synergy of technology, healthy habits, and flare made for the modern world. Add to that just enough friendly human interaction so as not to over-do the experience. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.
This is the worst chop it in the DMV. Customer service was awful. I’ve been here multiple times and every single time it’s the same employees giving me a nasty attitude.
I got food poisoning coming here yesterday. Watch out might be healthy, it is dirty!!! Spent 20 on my salad to get food poisoning, used to love chopt never going back!
Mediterranean salad was very nice, great location if you're staying at Le Meridian, highly recommend it
I hate writing bad reviews but this place literally gave me food poisoning. Its is SO DIRTY HERE. I have been non stop throwing up head in the toilet after eating here- and I am positive it was chopt as I literally did not eat anything else. The staff aren't friendly- the lettuce station was wilted - why wouldn't you use fresh ingredients? I paid 15$ for a salad you would at least think it wouldn't make you sick... will never return. so disappointed to because it is so close to my work. STOP BEING DIRTY. WASH YOUR HANDS STAFF. PLEASE. do your job and clean the food trays don't just keep putting more food back in them without rinsing. I've seen flys all around inside as well just near the open containers of food.. embarrassing. do not come here- possibly try another location ? idk but don't come here unless you literally want to become deathly ill
I did curbside pick up. I Opened my bag when I got back to work, opened my salad lid and there was a big fly inside trying to crawl out :/. Disappointed.
Location is perfect, but I think I still prefer to go across the street to Sweetgreen when I want a salad. I wish they had more seasonal salads
