I visited this location in Ballston on 06-04-2022Around 2pm and there was no people on the line which was very convenient in that moment. However the lady who was working at the tortilla press who’s is also the manager. Was working on online ordering in very very rushed way.She called the her coworker “pendejo” for no listing to the toppings she said. When I asked if she was the manager she said yes, and when I asked for her name she said: FOR WHAT???For the people that speak Spanish as well. it’s very sad to see how managers can’t have respect for their employees. I’d like to think than this kind of behavior is not acceptable at chipotle or any other restaurant.
Thought food was overpriced before, now I'm definitely going to try and avoid. Bowls are up around $2 per and the portions are smaller. Seriously...$10.40 for steak, $9.45 for carnitas, and most overpriced in my opinion is the Sofritas bowl at $8.80.Hard pass....Seriously!
Orders were wrong, staff avoided our calls (answering phone then immediately hanging up) and then acted like it was our fault (we had receipts to prove otherwise). This is the rudest the staff has been, but orders are routinely wrong and the staff is never kind. There are multiple other Chipotle’s in the area that do not have these problems. Save yourself the frustration and don’t go to this chipotle.
Just went there in the limited spare time I had between meetings. I asked for a quesadilla. They said they wouldn’t make it unless I ordered it online. Not sure why they turned away my business.
I have been ordering from this location many times through doordash. I don't know if it has something to do with the server or the management, but everytime I ordered, there was hardly any chicken in my chicken bowl, even when I paid for extra chicken. At this point this seems like a scam.
We have always enjoyed Chipotle but recently the online orders have always been a disaster. I have had to order it in person because whoever is doing the online orders gets them wrong everytime.
Probably the worst Chipotle to go to for many reasons: food quality, missing ingredients, items out of stock, incorrect order, portion size, etc. You name anything that can go wrong with your order and I guarantee this Chipotle will accommodate you! Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow you to choose another restaurant so I’ve been driving to a different location.
I like 2 blocks away and I will literally drive to 7 corners to avoid this location. They just don't care, every burrito looks like it was assembled by a toddler, quesadillas come out cold and somehow folded with no overlap, been burned so many times here.
This location has a super unfriendly staff and never gets the order right. They also can’t figure out how to fill online orders correctly. Would avoid this location if at all possible - not worth your time
How is the same chipotle consistently out of pinto beans, queso, and Guac and don’t even bother ordering a burrito they fold them like tacos.
