The worst service. Slow and confused.
This review is comparing this one to others nearby.If you attempt to order online, you should expect them to make an error. Issues range from missing items to lukewarm food to them not placing the order on their own designated pickup shelf (why?)The last thing to mention is that the store doesn't respect the pick up time in the app. They make it right when the order is received. This seems to be routine regardless of the queue.
Arguably the worst chipotle in the area. I picked up my order and it didn’t have my chips in it- so I went back in and they gave them to me. Then I sat down to eat after leaving and realized my entire barbacoa bowl was basically fat. The guacamole was a huge chunk of avocado with almost no seasoning to it at all. I couldn’t eat most of it with my chips because they kept breaking. Not a fan.
I have ordered from this store 3x and each time I have gotten the wrong order. Trying to get in touch w them is a nightmare when you’re trying to either get the correct order or a refund. That’s a total of $150 I’ve spent w o getting what I ordered. I never leave reviews but this is the 3rd time and I know I won’t get anyone live to rectify this (ongoing) experience. Think twice - at least when you order on the app/delivery.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a vegan meal due to my health issues and there was MEAT in my bowl. See picture. They also forgot my chips (I ordered chips and guac). I will be calling management tomorrow because I want my money back.
Worst Chipotle I have ever had. The burrito was terrible and incredibly small. chips barely had anything inside, just crumbs. DO NOT GO HERE.
Half cooked brown rice and missing ingredients in my take out today.
Order lunch from Chipotle today and asked for no Guacamole. pick up my order get home open my lunch and found Guacamole on my Burrito. so I threw the Burrito away with out eating the Burrito. open the bag of chips I ordered with my lunch and they were so stall they tasted like they were made yesterday. would highly suggest not to go to the Chipotle at Pike 3400 1002 S Glebe Rd Arlington, VA 22204-4354. they don'y care amount the customers. It ain't the first time they have messed up on my order and I'm sure it won't be the last.
Chipotle is always good but what I like about this location is that I’ve never waited long for my order. Best times to go would be around 4 and 7.
I ordered the new smoked brisket quesadilla and the meat was dry (overcooked) the tortilla was burnt to crisp...I had the same a week before at another location and it was excellent. Not sure what the difference is but was definitely disappointed! I ordered two of the same and was not satisfied with either
