Its was a nice dining area, fast and friendly service.
Took over 15 minutes to get my food, they forgot my whole salad and only gave me a dressing. Worst CFA experience ever.
I love Chic but, this location! The employees seem to be more concerned with talking to each other rather than acknowledging customers. I asked that my chicken tenders be fresh and hot, they(cashier & manager or assistant manager) gave me just the opposite, REALLY! I will return to the Chic on Crystal Drive.
This Chick-fil-A is located near the eastern exit of the Pentagon City Metro Station via either the escalator or elevator. I came here several times during my most recent trip out to the Washington DC area. There was a bunch of construction just outside of the restaurant. All of the employees that I had interacted with were all nice and friendly. One employee was an older lady that was going around cleaning each table as soon as people leave. She was genuinely a nice person. The food quality was excellent each time. You'll need to ask for a code to use their restroom.
2 stars for the food I got... My first bad experience at a Chick-fil-A was at this one. One missing item turned into a ridiculous back and forth. The manager left a call back number and I just got a baby crying in my ear. Go elsewhere for the brand's promise. This one failed.
For not having a drive thru this place is incredibly slow. You order and then stand there for 10 minutes while 9 other people walk in and pick their meals up. There is no reason for walk in service to take this long. Food will probably taste good but idk at this point if I'll ever get to eat it.
Hello, this morning I was with my babies at Chick Fil A in Pentagono City, although it will take a long time for my order and they were wrong, it is a very clean and cozy place, I saw how they immediately cleaned and disinfected the tables and chairs, that gave me a lot of tranquility and security of being there.I will return many times with my family.

Food is good like any other Chick fil a but the service is seriously lacking…it should not take 30 minutes to get out some nuggets and fries. And this has consistently been my experience. I get that it’s a busy location but they really need to get their stuff together
I was in the area for a work conference (not from DC). I walked from thehotel and didn't know it was one of their busiest times. They were great. The staff keep the flow going for dine ins, take-outs and mobile orders. All were professional, friendly and accommodating. The store was very clean for the amount of people going in and out. Plus, the wait wasn't long either. I would recommend.
