Normally never have a problem at Chick-fil-a, but the food I picked up today was warm at best and the fries tasted old. Additionally, I ordered over my phone and the online order pickup is pretty inconspicuous. I stood at the other pickup area for almost 10 mins before I asked about my order and was told to pick it up in the corner. There’s a small sign that you might be lucky enough to see, but didn’t feel like my normal CFA experience.

I order from this chick fil a quite often because it’s the closest one near me for delivery but it is INSANE that they always seem to get my delivery orders wrong. Every single time. I get salads with no dressing. Missing drink. Today I ordered a side of fries, and got nuggets?? It’s really not that hard to pay attention and double check orders you pack for delivery.
They always mess up my order at this specific chick fil a. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time here, go to a different location. At least you’ll be dealing with people that pay attention to what’s going on. This location is a joke to say the least. DON’T ORDER DELIVERY HERE. They’re incompetent
Juicy chicken but four stars since it’s too salty; could only eat on a sandwich, not tenders/nuggets.
This CFA recently closed for renovations. We had to go to the new one by the mall and it made me miss this one. This is by far the best CFA in the area, hands down, no questions asked. I can't wait until the renovations are done so we can switch back over to this one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A. This location was very clean, and I was greeted by a friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They were very efficient, and my order was served fast. They also seemed like they had an excellent system for picking up to go orders. Two thumbs up for this location!
Food was good, but part of the order was missing. My fault to some extent because I thought the total sounded a little low. At least I wasn't charged for what I didn't get. Between masks and shields it can be hard to communicate.
I had a great experience picking up a catering order. Everything was just right.
This honestly has to be one of the worst Chik Fil A’s I’ve ever been too. Every single time I come here either they gave the food to someone else and I had to wait an extra 10-15 mins or something is wrong with the order (like I had to wait 25 mins for a number 1 and fries were ice cold). They really need to clear house and/or shut this one down. GOD AWFUL
