I love the fact that we could order our meals from our phone. We were able to order our drinks from the bar as well from out phone. The good was great, I had the catfish basket. I thought we would get filled but they were more like fish strip. Overall the fish was good and light.. We also had the wings with their Nawlins sauce in which wasn't as hot as we thought but still good. I definitely recommend this place and the atmosphere was awesome.
In comparison to similar seafood places in the area, the prices at this particular restaurant have skyrocketed and the service is not as great as it use to be! And, they automatically are charging 20% tip upfront. Unless you don't have an issue spending the money, I would compare other establishments because the service and choices of food are better.
Would have received all 5 stars but they no longer serve the alligator tails in the Whole Dang Thing combo. Server was awesome.
All team members in the front end were friendly and professional. However, the seasoning of seafood was too spicy even after getting the mild option! I suggest they consider a diff option such as black pepper or lemon garlic! With that said, I think it’s a bit over priced. Skip the crawfish
I usually love this place. I ordered a month ago crawfish seafood boil to go and I had pieces of rope in my food. I just shrugged it off as one bad experience but here we are a month later and I have a whole HORNET in my bag of food
This was last month that my friend called me out of nowhere and said she wants me to join her for Cajun food.We decided Chain’ Tails for that between two options.Not disappointed at all. Everything was fresh and great.The staff was extremely courteous. Kept visiting our table to make sure we have drinks and everything is in order without making it feel enforced.I ordered a fried appetizer plater and the spiciest level of shrimps and mussels.The only complain is that the spiciest level is not even spicy at all but that’s just me. I am not a Cajun food connoisseur.All in all it was decent tasting food with a lot of flavor and great service.

This place is awesome... what more can I say. Shrimp is great, crayfish- great.... whole Dang Thang..... just order that. Beer selection is great. Everyone needs to go here.
