Just a few yards from my workplace, I often have lunch at this CAVA. They have delicious Mediterranean style food, great soups, and built-your-own bowls that will tickle your tongue. 'Variety is the spice of life' !
I come to this location frequently and the guys that work here give the weirdest proportions. For a bowl, I get about a half scope of rice. When I ask for tomato and onions, I was given two…two! And then when I asked for the garlic dressing, he drowned my bowl! I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything but this bowl looks disgusting.
great vegetarian choice! fantastic visit which i returned to before leaving wash dc. i loved the lentil avocado. fresh great food.
Idk whats going on with this cava but for 15$ meal it should be a way more meat .The bowls are literally empty for 15$.Why is this cava different?
I highly recommend CAVA in general BUT NOT THIS CAVA. I've gone here about three times now and they have never gotten my order right. I order through their app/website. The first few times I can understand there are genuine mistakes or they are out of a certain topping. But this time I ordered the same bowl I did the last two times and it didn't come with lettuce. I would write it off as an honest mistake again if my boyfriend didn't also order a bowl WITH LETTUCE and received said lettuce. As I write this I realize I sound petty, but I have never had an issue with my countless orders at the CAVA in Ballston, so this is pretty disappointing to me.
Loved this Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Food flavorful, healthy and delish. Wish we had one in Seattle
I’m a local so I’ve been here several times over the years and it’s usually always a good experience. Fast, healthy, reasonably priced and near my home. Service- tonight it was okay, but not great. I got the vibe from the associate like I’m tired and hurry up. Overall, despite a hit or miss with the customer service, it’s a decent spot to get a fast casual meal.
I enjoyed CAVA for such a long time, of all restaurants it was my favorite and I would go there every weekend. But today I tasted my grain+salad bowl and it tasted like vomit. It literally tasted like someone had vomited in the salad. I don't think I'm going back there again.
I like this place because you can get as many toppings as you want in your bowl. They also don't have regular sodas in the fountain and instead serve Maine Root soda and several flavors of tea. Quality is consistent and portions are good.
Eat here almost on the daily. The grain bowls are packed with so many flavors, it’s like a smorgasbord of deliciousness
