I had a great experience with this particular Cava. I ordered my food on the app, everything was accurate. I also ordered the food for a particular time and the order was ready at that designated time. All items i requested on the side were ready with my food, when you get orders to go getting sauces on the side is nice because your food doesn’t get soggy. The staff here were very nice, pleasant, and checked in on any customer waiting to determine when their food would be ready. Cavas food is great, delicious and fresh, but i would highly recommend coming to this location for the great staff, efficient food service though busy location, and the cleanliness of the dining area and behind the bar.
The taste is good but they're pretty stingy with the portions sometimes and even tried to charge me extra for a little extra rice. Mezeh is better and gives you more food for the same price.
I frequently go to Cava because thebfood is great. The last time i went However; Service was sloppy. Tried the new veggie rice, it was hard.. The lemon tahini dressing tasted spoiled. I thought I was going to get food poisoning. They did not tell me the rice was extra, until I got to the register.
Cava used to be a go to in the rotation but the quality has really diminished. They can’t seem to get any online order correct and the portions are pitiful. Big ole meh
A favorite. Consistently fresh, flavorful, and heathy salads and bowls. Lightning fast prep time. These guys got it down to the science. It's my favorite place to refuel after bike rides.
Every time I travel to DC I try to get to Cava. The quality so so absolutely great, and the turn around is fast. I even love the drinks they offer.
This location has delicious food like majority of CAVA does but customer service is only two star worthy. One does not feel welcomed at this place. It's busy at all location during lunch time but it's not an excuse to be bad, visit Chick-fil-A about 100 yards away for example of good customer service at much busier place during lunch. Hope to see the improvement, CAVA brand deserves better.
Pretty tasty and a good amount of food. A little pricey but the quality and portion as are good. Healthy options.
I've never been to a bad Cava, but I gotta shout out the 4121 Wilson Boulevard Cava for having a superb staff. Everyone is efficient and knowledgeable. Also everyone who works there has a cool vibe.
