Horrible service - the manager on duty along with the staff was rude except for two people. The rude employees refused to provide a name. I recorded the incident and will be sharing it with corporate.

This Burger King is location is awesome, they don't mess up orders and it's always fresh. There is another Burger King closer to me actually but I drive farther to this one because it's worth it.
Went through the app and the app wouldnt let me change the time. So i called the store about 19-20 times to ask to change the time. I thought it was because my number is NY but I got a friends phone and his phone is VA nope. No answer. Tried cancelling my order. Wont let me. Now I have to get to the store in about 20 minutes mad as heck.
friendly service, clean areas and stocked, clean bathroom, food is pretty much freshly cooked and and hot (no warm/wet and nasty like many other fast food places), Managers pay attention to quality and service. Any complaint is resolved immediately. Personnel makes the difference in making this place a location to visit

If your not Hispanic they treat you like trash they show favoritism at the drive thru arguing about the price of sauce I’ve been coming here since the 90’s the cashier was rude the manager threw the money when I asked for a refund slammed the window in my face acted completely unprofessional it was bad enough that until the staff here changes I will not return sorry not sorry also took my food out the bag after I gave it back and placed it back on the shelf to be served to someone else

AWESOME STAFF AND GREAT FOOD! This Burger King is the best fast food restaurant I been to. The workers here are always polite and friendly. It has become my go-to spot when I’m craving a burger. 5/5!!
