The food at this location is pretty good. Standard Buffalo Wild Wings food. As for food, the couple of times I went, it seemed particularly hot and fresh. However, the location seemed to be minimally staffed bordering on dead with each visit. The largest negative for this location is in my visits it appeared the air either was not working or did not exist and the heat from the kitchen kept the dining room excessively hot and uncomfortable. It was cooler outside which can be a hard thing to do at this time of year. This might be a good spot for takeout purely off of the food quality but I can't recommend it for any sort of dine in experience.
It's one of the most excellent places I have ever visited in recent times. They are well organised and take care of the orders and deliver them with quality and excellence. Hopefully, I will revisit this place and recommend it, too ?
Good service, friendly waitres. good food.
This place desperately needs employees. We arrived on a Saturday night around 9:30pm in a party of 6. Bar area tables were full, the rest of the restaurant was empty. We were told a 15 min wait. So we waited 25+ minutes then left. We ate here 2 months ago for lunch with a party of 7 and the service was very slow. Meals came out staggered 2 at a time. If you want hot food & timely service, pass on this location.
This place is horribly mismanaged. We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Friday evening to find the entire dining room empty. The hostess said she could seat us in the bar area, so we followed her back and she pointed at two chairs at the bar. We said we preferred a table, since there were several empty tables in the bar area, but she said there was a 10 minute wait for a table. How is there a 10 minute wait for a table on a Friday night at dinner hour in a restaurant that is 90% empty? We left and went around the corner to Ballston Local, where they actually want customers and were happy to do everything they could to accommodate everyone who walked in the door.Interestingly when I looked at the reviews I saw both the very low score and the top review from someone who had an almost identical experience four months ago, so clearly the management here isn't interested in addressing the incompetence on display. I included a picture of the empty restaurant that was too busy to seat us.
We came in for dinner and a few beers on a Friday night. We were led to the bar area, which was OK, but when she tried to seat us at the bar we asked if we could sit at a table in the bar area. We were told there would be an 8-10 minute wait to sit at a table, which made no sense because there were several empty tables in the bar area and all of the tables in restaurant area were empty. We chose to leave and find somewhere that actually wanted customers.
Horrible staff 5-6 people no customers. Waited 25 min. for take out tacos. Went to bar get a beer while wait. No tap beer. After 23 min. went back again no other customer asked about .y order she forgot who I was . They checked. Not ready. 5 more min. Got back to hotel. Beef brisket dry and hard. First and last time at Buffalo Wings
We had a bad experience last week. No draft beer, delay with our order, slow service, limited seating. Not sure if we are going back
Long time fans of the food but have now been turned away twice at this location. Most recently, the dining area was completely empty but we’re told, “we’re not accepting new customers.” Why? “It’s supposed to snow later.”
Like everyone else said, place is a joke. They have a small bar area pit where they crowd everyone and leave 2/3 of the other restaurant completely closed. In times of covid, I’m shocked they refused to sit us at one of the many of dozens of empty tables and impolitely insisted we go to the bar area with the crowd. We immediately left and caution everyone else to avoid this place. If you want to risk your health at a wanna be dive bar, go to literally any other place.
