Waiter came up to my table and asked what I would like to drink.I responded: “just water”Waiter (before even asking if I wanted food, which I did): “YOURE JUST GOING TO SIT HERE AND DRINK WATER?!”I understand being busy and short staffed, but there is no reason why I should feel like I’m being a nuisance at a place that I eat at once a week. I live across the street and I guarantee I will never step foot in this place ever again.

Ordered delivery and they totally messed up our order. There was no celery with my girlfriend’s wings, we got none of the ranches we ordered, and the wings we got were tiny!Wish I had seen the other reviews about how bad this location is at meeting delivery orders.

It was 8:50 on a Saturday night. There were ample tables. You could have thrown a football through the place and it wouldn’t have hit a person. Better yet, you could have thrown a football drunk and you still wouldn’t have hit a person.Yet, we were told, “there were too many people and dining was closed.”Great place to stand and breathe, not a good place to eat….I guess.

My wife and I have been locals and regulars here for 10 years!! Your current general manger, Austin, is hands down one of the best managers we have ever seen in the business??!!! He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and we have witnessed that first hand!!

They forgot our cheese curds on our pick up order. They were able to return the money. The lemon pepper wings have almost no seasoning and taste like chicken tenders.

I came in on a whim from having a rough day, and I did the wing challenge. 10 bone-in Carolina reapers in 5 minutes. I had a whole 1:30 for the last wing and enjoyed it wholly. I assure that it's not the heat to worry about; it's the digestion. Look out for the next-day effects. Real talk, the ice cream is worth it, plus you get a headband that you can wear like a Shinobi cosplayer. These fries are just great!. They also offer you a glass of milk on the house. It was a great experience.

I went with a fairly large group for dinner. There were 10 of us and we tried to call ahead to ask for a table at 8pm. We were told they don't do reservations and to just show up. Little odd and we wanted to warn them of a large group but we went anyway.Normally I expect the visit to take an hour and a half to two hours max from sitting down to leaving. But we were there for 3 hours. Service was incredibly slow for reasons unknown to me. No one was rushing around, the restaurant wasn't packed, maybe only 50% full. Bur it took far too long for our server to check on us and take our orders. The food itself was fine, exactly what I would expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. But I was very unhappy with how long it took to place orders and receive them. Of course, I don't know the full story. I dont know what happened in the kitchen or back of house. But I was not given any sort of explanation about what was going on. They could be short staffed right now so I won't hold it against them. But expect it to take longer than usual if you eat here.

Place looked a bit dirty. It took ages for someone to take our orders, then to serve and almost 30mins to check out. We had to take the checks ourselves to the register because we couldn’t wait that long. On our way to the register, our server was hanging out with people from another table, eating wings and having drinks…

The food is not good …………

Whoever made the wings I ordered this afternoon prepared them like they had to be used as payment toward a ransom to have their family released. The wings were cooked perfectly and flavored better than any Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. Force this person to work overtime so all customers can experience this.
