I paid $19.00 for a sandwich. They forgot my onion rings and pickle! I had to board my plane and I couldn't go back ? I want compensated
I want to give a shout out to Miss Katrina, at the Boar’s Head Deli counter in Terminal A of DCA. She took personal responsibility to make sure my order was make with whole wheat bread. Excellent customer service!
I had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and it was very good. Prices are unbelievably expensive for what you get though. Also, payment system was very inefficient - you order on a tablet at the store, walk down the hall to pay and then come back to the store to pick up the food.
Ordering and payment system seems designed to make the process harder. Order in one place from an iPad, walk 40 yards to a cashier. She will take $15 from you and give you the wrong receipt, the. Walk back to first location through a crowd and they will refuse to give you your sandwich. Head back to cashier who is rude about you needing the correct piece of paper, back to the first place where the clerk is calling you ridiculous to another customer. All while trying to catch a flight. And then you get a sandwich with incorrect ingredients and someone’s hair in it. This place should not exist. Shame Boars Head
I felt guilty holding on to this card with Von's name since July 2021; but now I've ready the reviews and see that he's gotten several raving comments. Well need I say more; Von keep up the remarkable customer service! You definitely understand what it takes to serve hungry and impatient airport patrons and deserve a raise and recognition for a job well-done!

If this is your driver he needs to be fired or lose his CDL license. Pulling out of my street parking spot on new York Ave nw near k st nw the Asian man driving this vehicle come around the curved New York Ave street speeding, while the speed limit is 25 mph, and almost hit me! Then he proceeded to flip me off and cuss me out as I'm asking him to pull over so we can call the cops. He refused and kept driving as I pulled over to ensure my car wasn't hit. I'll never buy boars head meats if this is how your drivers drive around DC!! Also change your website where you can take complaints bc so far you only provide your Instagram and Facebook which I'll be sending DMs too as well.

He made a frustrating travel day so much better with his joy, outgoing friendliness, and enthusiasm for each person he greeted and assisted.I am thoroughly impressed with his work ethic surrounding customer service. I wish him all the best that life has to offer.My sandwich was also excellent ♥️
