I used to order regularly from this place because the food was good, but last time was very disappointed by the costumer service not the food. I placed a large order online but unfortunately was missing the shakes. When I called the place to inquire they said that the driver forgot it. Asked kindly if he can send a replacement and said that J have to come pick it up because it was door dash and they’re not responsible. I told them that I ordered through their website and not door dash he became very rude and sarcastic said he’ll just give the refund. Asked to speak to the manager and said that he was the manager!!! Which I doubt, because no manager who understands basics of costumer satisfaction would act in such way. Very disappointed. This is not how to run a successful business. Sorry but won’t be returning costumer or recommend to anyone.

Excellent food and service!I ordered a veggie burger and Cajun fries, and my friend got the bacon burger with regular fries. We both enjoyed our meals!The veggie burger was absolutely delicious; you can always tell a burger Is good when you don't need sauce!! The Cajun fries were tasty also.We dined in and the gentleman working brought our food out to us, and even brought me ketchup from inside.It's always a good feeling to have "d*mn good" food and service, so I'll be back!!
Ordered delivery, but no utensils provided although requested. Fortunately I had a travel spork and we had a leftover fork from another delivery.BYOC Burger was good. Husband had fried chicken topped with cheddar, lettuce, bacon, mushrooms and sautéed onions in a brioche bun.I had the Beet Sprouts and Harmony salad - it could use more flavourful dressing (like the chipotle aioli for my husband’s burger which I ended up having by accident, oops!) and the grilled chicken could be sliced up so it’s easier to eat.
Great service with excellent recommendations on our first visit! The food came out fast, hot and delicious! The craft juices and sodas we everything! The restaurant was clean and inviting! The music had me tapping my foot the whole time! We didn't try the bar but when we return it will be a must! Will definitely be back and am recommending this place to everyone!
The service and food is fairly quick and consistent! This location isn't too different from the other locations. Good burgers and sandwiches across the board! Highly recommend the chicken sandwich!
We ordered over $100 worth of food. One burger was completely raw. One had absolutely nothing on it. We had to reorder it our dinner. So we paid $60 for two burgers. No refund, nothing.and to top it off, we had to pay Uber twice. By the time we finally got our burgers everyone else had eaten and we were too upset to eat. So we paid $60 just to get our blood pressure up. Things could have been a little different if the staff were apologetic or at least polite but they were rude. If I could give them a zero, I would. This is absolutely unacceptable.
food was so good and didn't cost alot either. a must for people to go to locally. my wife loved it so we will be back for sure
These buns were big. These burgers were good. No complaints! — Meat was juicy and everything was tasty. Would recommend going here. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!
I was excited to check out the place but disappointed when I walked in. It felt like a fast food restaurant (that's what all the tables are). I sat at the bar where they had maybe 6 beers on tap.The brunch burger was $14, which is a fair price if it's from a nice place but this place didn't fit that standard. A burger and beer at The Capital Burger would cost $2-3 more and come with an exceptional experience and incredible burger.I can't validate this place as somewhere to get a burger in the future, but it was nice to try it once.
