Best burger I’ve had in awhile. Fries were perfect size and crispy. No limp gross fries that seem to be so common.
Burgers are great here but customer service is hit or miss, the place can be noisy and some employees handle that better than others... The last time I visited there was the usual music and kitchen area noise but additionally there was a loudly talking large family in the tables, so I had a hard time understanding what the employee taking the order was asking to me because on top of the noise he was mumbling like he had a potato in the mouth instead of raising his voice, in the end he looked at me exasperated and even though I ended up with the correct order my name in the ticket was typed as "mmm"... It's not a big deal to me and I didn't even mention it in the moment because I had better things to do than wasting time there, but it definitely makes for a poor customer service that makes me think twice before going there again... So maybe reorganize the store to reduce the noise or assign someone more patient to take orders.
This is hands-down the best burger place I've ever eaten at. They serve a 6 oz. patty cooked to order (mine was a perfect medium as ordered). The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were happy to answer my questions and were very helpful. They are so much better than 5 guys they are in a class of their own.
Update 4/14/22Was here with my family and it is the same great burgers (ordered the way you want it) and service - very pleased they survived this pandemic and continue to make the best burgers in town. Thank you!I love BGR and this spot is no exception - the best burgers in town. They are pretty consistent. I come here once in a while to meet a friend who lives close by. Im disappointed the old town alexandria closed down but a little relieved this one is not too far away - definitely further but I dont mind the drive from my house.
This is one of the best burger joints I have ever been to. Super consistent, delicious food, friendly staff. Can’t recommend this place enough!
The beyond burger was really good! The bacon cheeseburger was really good too! Both Parmesan fries and onion rings are to die for! We really like this place!

This place is the burger place that the Gods would go to, if they weren't in Valhalla. BGR makes Five Guys look like a happy meal that was slapped on the floor and served to the masses. Each burger is cooked to order to perfection. You want a raw burger? They'll slap that uncooked 1/2 lb patty on a bun with the condiments and toppings to your liking. The potatoes used for their fries are hand selected from the garden of Eden, next to the apple tree. You want it well done and gross? Go to Five Guys. Anyone that respects a great burger needs to go here. Nothing else compares.
The most consistent burger spot I’ve been to. Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had, not to mention the best service. Sam’s the goat and his bubbly personality always makes me smile. One recommendation: bring back the onion rings!!
Ordered online. BGR’s online ordering is intuitive, very straightforward and easy to use. Picked it up at the appointee time and the order was ready. Drove home and 10 minutes later the burgers and fries were still warm and fresh. Burgers were cooked to order and tasted delicious.
