First-Time here…at last minute tonight. Almost the best burger I ever had. The chocolate Oreo shake was delicious. The workers was very nice. Thank You! #Happy Customer Here???
Customer service is non existent. First time visit & presented an AARP coupon only valid at this Arlington location. Not only did the manager refuse the coupon, he doubted it’s authenticity.
Good food. Love the price point and the quality, great burgers and fries ordered here many times and it always delivers. Good customer service and speed on orders. Large portions for the price and the fries are always up there with some of the best around
Their burger is very similar to fiveguys but their sauce is very delicious. The reason I am giving 1 star because in my burger there was a tiny bone that chipped my front teeth when I took a bite. Who knows what they put in their meat if they had this bone

Tried All About Burger yesterday by Uber eat .The burger was pretty good, and they had a surprisingly large selection of burger toppings, most of which were free but I selected frid onion and they didn’t add it!! They also had a really large selection of milkshakes. I had a vanilla cheesecake milkshake that was delicious. I also got an order of onion rings. The order of onion rings was a lot larger than I was expecting.
Surprisingly the cheese burger and philly cheesesteak are delicious. The burger patty always taste fresh. Fries is average. Stay away from the crispy chicken sandwich because I ordered it twice and both times were undercooked from the inside. Cashiers of this branch could also improve their interaction with customers.
WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN.Last week we ordered and they let a delivery driver show as visible drunk pick up our order. We never got it because she went on a drunk ride in her car with our food.This week we order and the order is missing an item. It’s missing a milkshake. It says on my emailed receipt if you have an order issue call all about burger. I call and the person on the phone was absolutely useless. Had to repeat myself about 5 times. Then she puts me on hold and says “sorry we’re not responsible for your order once it leaves with doordash. You need to call them.” I reply with what am I supposed to say to them? I don’t even have anything from the order that says doordash on it. No doordash order number. No name of the driver. Nothing. She won’t supply me that information either. We went back and forth. So I asked for a manager. “No manager on staff tonight”. Would not help me. At. All. Also no supervisor on staff at all times to deal with these issues?!?! WILL NOT. WILL NOT. ORDER. AGAIN.
Great service at this location, with very friendly staff and nice atmosphere for sitting down for a quick bite, if you're wanting to get something a step above McDonald's or the like.The shake selection looks amazing, but I ended up with a philly cheese steak. This big baddy did not disappoint. The level of customization available is great, and you definitely get a fair amount for the money. Pictured is just half of mine.Delicious? You bet. I feel like this place is probably overlooked. Definitely worth a try. There are chicken and Beyond meat options as well. I'd definitely come back here again.
Don't try to use Groupon like other reviewer said. Old man at the register doesn't know how to scan the barcode and doesn't really care. Can't really blame him but I got a refund through Groupon so that's nice.
