Food is okay and they have upgraded the decor. Has gotten more pricy.
I will never go there again 1st of all they're hot chocolate tastes like burn plastic it's plastic they're beans and rice tastes like regular plastic 1st of all the soups are expensive i we'll never go there again it disgusting
NO LO RECOMIENDO. MY HUSBAND AND I CAME TO EAT AFTER A LONG DAY OF WORK. WE GOT IN BY 9:31PM AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE NO MORE CHIPS AND SALSA BECAUSE THEY PUT IT AWAY FOR THE NIGHT. AND WE WERE ORDERING AND THE MANAGER TURN OFF THE TV AND WE ASK TO PLEASE NOT TO TURN OFF THE TV AND HE SHOUT BACK IT WAS CLOSE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. WE ORDER 3 PUPUSAS ONE CEVICHE AND ONE ABY FAJITAS. IT TOOK AND HOUR FOR THE FOOD TO COME OUT WE END PUTTING THE FOOD IN CONTAINER TO GOWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Today I thought I would try some local Latin food and stopped by this restaurant. I noticed that the waitress charged me improperly so I flagged it for her.She called the manager and he explained that due to the pandemic prices have increased. Which I understood but the menu reflected a different price. His response was “well if you’re going to make a big deal then fine we will give you a discount, we are in a pandemic DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS, a pandemic?” He was so sarcastic and rude that it shocked me, then he just walks away after this.Finally, I asked for the owners information so I can let them know how the restaurant was being managed and he said “nope I’m not giving you that information” by this point the customer service was so horrible I wasn’t event hungry and asked to cancel the order.As I left he yelled after me “ Don’t ever come back here again!!”I’m really just appalled. I hope by writing this review anyone who is attempting to dine here can be on the look out for Israel - the worst manager/human on plant earth with the absolute worst customer service in the history of customer serving.Anyway, ugh disgusted ?
Was eating lunch today and a rat ran through the restaurant. Not one staff member flinched and they just kept working like nothing happened. No attempt to find the rat was made and everyone carried on as if nothing happened. No discount on the meal was offered.
Would never order from this place again after the absolutely NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude received from the "manager" here after he ALLOWED the wrong delivery driver to STEAL my order. As I asked questions about what was going on, he RUDELY cut me off repeatedly, kept yelling and "man-plaining" over everything I said. ZERO professionalism. ZERO.He basically said they just "prepare" orders and toss them on a table for ANYBODY to walk up and grab.....or sneeze on, rummage through, cough on, etc. Very UNSANITARY. Delivery doing the pandemic is supposed to be SAFE....but it's NOT if the restaurant doesn't care one way or the other WHO touches your food before you get it. Eating food from a place that has a "policy" of Tossing YOUR food onto a table for ANY and EVERY body to TOUCH is a good way to end up SICK, hospitalized or DEAD. They do NOT care about food SAFETY. Good portions, good food, good prices.There's a bunch of little places around the same block this is on, and while this one isn't my first pick, it's usually quick for Togo orders, and everything is always just right.
Love this place. Been going for years. Please put the hats back in the restaurant that were there before reno lol
Great food customers and staff, are loyal through out the years.They also have some kareoke nights
