I come to this Wendy’s almost everyday or every other day for lunch and normally it’s a pretty decent staff, but every since the young Spanish lady with the glasses and two long ponytails been there every time I walk in she rude never wants to do her job and today before taking my order she pushed the order to the next employee to take . Look I’m saying this from a former general manager standpoint and I’m saying this because I seen it before, with that attitude and energy someone going to come in there that’s having a bad day as well and just over life and things going to get ugly she may get a drink right in the face sadly. She definitely needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills and learn to leave her outside problems at home . Hanging out in the restrooms and not during what you paid to due is a waste of payroll and she makes the rest of your employees look like trash when they very hard workers but I see she definitely bring down the energy in the work space .
I usually have no issues with the staff here. Today I was disappointed that a manager there named Kaur was terrible! I redeemed a sandwich on my app which clearly showed the points removed and today’s date but then the manager said the order was showing as pending and she couldn’t give me the sandwich until it wasn’t pending anymore. I asked why she wouldn’t give me the sandwich since I have proof that I used my points which already showed as deducted either way its would be for the free sandwich. She then said she can’t help me and maybe something is wrong with my app. Finally after going back and forth for a few minutes I said I will just call the corporate office to let them know that as a manager she was not helpful at all, she then said she would give me my sandwich this time. She did me no favors because the chicken sandwich she gave was dry, cold and hard!
You have a new young girl working there today around 5pm. Very rude and unprofessional. Slammed the window on my face. Not going back to this location. Couldn’t even get my order right.
Great friendly customer service, fast order execution, hot and freshly made to order sandwiches. Glad I stopped by.
This is definitely a well operated Wendy's. Clean, fast and efficient every single time I've gone over the years! Hat's off to the crew!!
Ok so I thought this was like a regular Wendy's and whatnot. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG.They made my sandwich and it looked just like the picture, shiny bun, crispy lettuce. Every single french fry was as long as my hand and very crispy.The guys at the drive thru were friendly. I always forget to ask but they were like "You want ketchup?"This is Wendys at its finest and their fries on this visit were better than Chick fila.Everyone should go here at some point bro.
Highly disappointed. Order was wrong, walked to get breakfast and lady told me to walk around drive thru. In 21 degree weather. Then gave me an attitude because of my debit card and no receipt. Do better.

They have the inside locked right now so the drive-thru ceiling thing open but they're pretty quick
