Disappointed a lot. Picture of shushi bento cost 24dollars. Low food quality compare to price ...

Great prices and quality! Avacado was very fresh! Sushi tasted fresh!

Best sushi place in northern Virginia. (More fish than rice ). Always fresh and super tasty.

Despite the fact that it is located in a supermarket food court, it's the best sushi I've had in a long time or maybe even the best. Very inventive presentation and creative rolls. The fish and seafood quality was fantastic and it was all fresh. My favorite was definitely the mango madness roll, in which the unique combination of mango and crab worked very well. We got 2 dishes as compliments of the chef: a handroll and salmon nigiri. The salmon was put with rice on a lemon slice, and the plate was lit on fire, the slightly charred salmon with the lemon infused rice tasted absolutely heavenly. Definitely going here again.

Super friendly staff and great customer service experience - they misread a detail on my order and after a good laugh about it, the chef fixed it and also sent me home with a free hand roll! The fish was delicious and generously cut; only complaint would be the rice wasn't the freshest. But I was glad to find this tucked away in that little food court!

Excellent sushi! Relaxed food court experience but fantastic quality. Will happily return.

Astonishingly good sushi - NoVa has so many great sushi spots but this one really blows them all out of the water. It's easy to see how Suny's work got the reputation it has, everything was so fresh and the flavors were perfect, even the most simple traditional rolls were next level because of the care and preparation in the fish, the sauce, everything. Phenomenal meal!

Fresh and quality sushi and sashimi at a reasonable price! By far, the best and quality sushi/sashimi place in the NOVA area. Many people don't know the importance of rice in sushi, how it's cooked and seasoned. When the rice is on point, it amplifies the freshness of fish and its delicacy. When two are in harmony, you can say "This is a great sushi" and Suny Sushi exceeded my expectation on that. It's also worth mention that their sashimi was in great portion (thickness and size). Rightly sized and thick to give you the fullness of the taste of fresh seafood.I will definiyely recommend my family and friends to give it a try at Suny Sushi because it's well worth it.Tip.When you try out a new sushi restaurant, try out their most basic sushi rolls first. If they are on point with their basic rolls, hey their special rolls may be fantastic!

This place is located in K Market in the food court to the left of the grocery store as you enter. Absolutely love the food and service! I ordered a sushi and sashimi combo (for one) and an unagi (eel) don. Fish was super fresh! Takeout order was nicely bagged, with all utensils included (even a little container for soy sauce). I see myself visiting twice a week!

Don't look down on this place because it's in some grocery food court. (BTW don't sleep on Korean grocery store food courts in general. Ya'll be missing out.) Regardless, this place is _quality_. You get your money's worth for sure. I got a tuna salmon don thinking it'd be your run of the mill mid-priced sushi but I was pleasantly surprised by a variety of good quality tuna and salmon. Fatty and delicious. It's melt in your mouth good. Don't miss out. If I find out this place is closing or the quality drops because ya'll been gorging on mochi donuts (which are good too, don't get me wrong) and ignoring this gem... Well then, NoVA, you don't deserve good affordable sushi. (And while you're here support the other restaurants too.)
