Typical Starbucks. Can't do order ahead at this location.
I think management needs work. Two young girls working a beat up kiosk that has zero supplies. No mocha, no frappuccinos, no grande cups and no lids, no refreshers etc etc… this place shouldn’t be forced to operate in the hands of teenagers… i feel bad!
The "Employee" works well.(SHE IS CLEARLY UNDERSTAFFED)Management is clearly ruining everyone's experience at this location.Only two customer's up in front of me at the line but for personal experience i rather leave and get coffee 10 or 20 times worse at McDonald's. But at least get my coffee.
If you have any complaint or compliment about this store please do not talk to manger . Manger is worst in customer service ….!
They are ALWAYS out of something or something is always broke.
Love their lemon pound cake.
Service is Too slow. And they talk to you like they are doing you a favor.
