Great frappucino and wonderful people! After I got my drink, I realized I forgot to say no whip to the cashier when placing the order. He made me a new drink right away. :)
The drinks are good indeed. But folks I have to tell you going there in the morning before going to work and being treated so nicely really makes your day. I have to say the staff here are really super nice. Especially the new guy who works in the morning at the register, he’s asian and wears glasses. I’ve never met anyone who provides such amazing customer service that could bright up your day like that. Overall, 5 star for this place!
This is one of the busiest locations I have been to during peak hours, and they are always extremely polite, dialed in, and energetic. Ish, who set's the "vibe" of the place, and the manager Miranda, are a great team and give this specific Starbucks its own amazing personality. I am writing this review after overhearing a convo Miranda just now had with an elderly lady. She was was so kind, professional, and informative that I went up to ask her name to write this review. If a massive corporation/coffee chain could have a "face", it would be this store! Always coming back!!
Lizzie is very friendly and recommended me an amazing drink. I called back to thank to her and Sarah picked up the phone and was very friendly. Great staff!!
When I'm in the store, I'm greeted with amazing customer service and wonderful communication. The reason for the one star review is solely for them constantly messing up my Uber eats orders. For the past 3 weeks, due to my own personal reasons, I have been ordering food and coffee to my home and the coffee order is always right, but don't ever order a sandwich from this place through Uber eats! They will mess it up, they will consistently avoid putting in cream cheese that you paid for for your bagel, or just get the wrong sandwich to you.
I was looking for a Starbucks Via Mocha instant coffee mix. The employees were helpful in checking to see if they had received any packages of this flavor even checking boxes in the back room. I did find two good sandwiches which I purchased for lunch.
Purchased a gift card and coffee. Interesting I wasn't asked if I wanted it black or any other way. Got it, and I wanted cream, but was told I needed to tell them when ordering. How am I supposed to know. Don't cashiers communicate anymore with patrons? Or are they machines?
Very disappointed. I ordered my favorite dragonfruit lemonade refresher and the barista just dumped the juices in my cup and gave it to me. I asked her if she needed to shake it so all the juices blended together, she said it wouldn’t make any difference! IT DOES!!! I had this drink so many times since it came out and I love it too much, not today! This barista totally ruined my experience!!!
I have been a loyal customer in this store for over years since 2012 until now. Today, as usual, I stepped by and ordered my favorite coffee (it is iced espresso with three pumps white mocha.). When I received my drink, there was no white mocha in my coffee. I asked one of the baristas. She was tall, white with blonde hair. She kept saying that she had already added white mocha in my coffee even though my coffee was dark black as I showed her. I ended up ordering a new cup of coffee.Very very bad experience for me at my favorite store.
The hours for this location say they’re open till 7pm yet I’m here at 6:15 pm and they’re closed. So stupid and unprofessional. If this store can’t understand what the Starbucks brand is about and how having reliable business hours is important, it doesn’t need to be here.
