The shaved ice cream is so amazing. There are so many toppings you can choose from, and I loved how generous they're filling our cups. Also, their Pandan and Ube Ice cream are both delicious. Yum!
This was the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. I got the Taro flavor with Oreos and pocky sticks as the toppings. No drizzle. It was delicious and it was only around 7 dollars. They give you a generous amount as well, absolutely worth the price. 100% recommend.
The place got very busy. I would’ve never noticed this place because the sign is so small. It’s hard to find. The ice cream was very good. I did like the Vietnamese coffee ice cream was very creamy. The cookie butter ice cream is delicious.
Amazing drinks! I hope they bring back the rose Thai tea and butterfly pea Thai tea those were my favorite. The snow cream is good too but I go for the bubble teas and fruity drinks more often. Not too sweet like other local shops.
Today was our first time here, we will definitely be coming back!! We tried the delish Snocream bowl, your choice of ice cream, toppings and a drizzle - definitely recommend! Other drinks were Vietnamese iced coffee, passionfruit boba tea, and Raspberry Lychee rose lemonade - yum!!
one of the best desserts in the dmv, probably even the one of the best in the world. snow cream basically shaved ice cream with the most delicious toppings and drizzles. they have tons of unique flavors that are hard to come by like pandan, thai tea, and black sesame. they have a wide range of toppings from bananas, to red beans, and just about every other tasty topping you can think of. you can’t get a snow cream without finishing it off with a drizzle of chocolate, strawberry, or my all time favorite condensed milk. i love to experiment with different flavor and topping combos every time i visit. i love that they have an option where you can split the base between two flavors to try more. snow cream comes with two free topping and one free drizzle but i like to pile on to my heart’s content. i have yet to try any of there bubble teas or ice creams because the snow cream is so tempting. the vibe of this place immaculate! the colors, lights, and music all make it a great experience. while at the block make sure to also check out other vendors like ball kitchen and hold dumpling. everyone should try snow cream at least once in their life.
It was so serendipitous to find this place! My wife and I have been trying to find a dessert that was similar to Vintage Shaved Ice when we visited Hawaii. When we were visiting another place under the same roof called, Pokemania, we were thrilled to see this place has shaved ice, in which we could add mochi, popping boba and other things to. My wife also ordered a Nutella doughnut, which was unlike any other type of don't we have ever eaten. I think both items were made Taiwanese style. I am over the moon that we found this place. I would give it 10 stars if yelp allowed me .
Wow! This place is good! Snowcream and Ube soft serve on point. The food court has. good vibe and good music. I definitely will recommend and come back.

Snocream is delicious! I've been here a couple times with my husband and really enjoy the vibe of The Block Food Hall. The flavor combinations, toppings and texture of Snocream's ice cream is really fun. You get a really good portion size as well. We sampled chocolate, cookies and cream, coffee, and taro on our last visit. Added toppings of chocolate chips and rolled wafers as well as chocolate drizzle. I do love chocolate! We also tried their milk tea special, butterfly pea, with boba. It was so good. Perfect level of sweetness. We definitely plan to comeback again soon. Thank you! :-)
