At around 12 noon, I ordered thru the app a 10pcs chicken without being able to select whether I want a spicy or mild. So I head to the store in Littleriver Annandale store. Hoping that somebody could help me modify my order. As I go to the Drive thru, a lady asked for my order. Then I informed her that I ordered online and I would like my order to be half spicy and half mild. The lady immediately told me that the order was already made and just head to the window to get my order. When I reached the window, the guy was so courteous and attend to my request. As I head home, confident that I have the right order. I only have 8pcs of chicken instead of 10. I called immediately and spoke with Carla. I told her that I ordered for a 10pcs chicken, but what was on the box was only 8pcs. At first she insisted that what was in the box was as ordered. After some inquiry with her colleagues, she insisted that what I have on the box is 10pcs. After I bit of a heated conversation. She told me that I may comeback to the store for the replacement of the missing part of the order. So, I have to drive again to the store for the chicken. But I guess becauseof the inconvenience,, she gave me 4pcs. Instead of only 2.Just a suggestion: hope the crew on this store could be more courteous to their customers, and improve on their Customer Service skills.
Busy but food was prepared quickly and accurately. Half spicy, half mild, all dark meat, yummmmm.
They don't advertise curbside pickup, but orders are rarely prompt, so you end up waiting in the parking lot. Then, check your order - it's often wrong. I've driven back from my home twice to retrieve missing items. Try a different Popeye's location. I will.
Came to this Popeyes to grab a quick bite and left frustrated and confused. My husband and I ordered in the drive thru. I specifically asked for fresh, hot chicken which is not an out of the norm request. I was informed the chicken was hot and fresh. When we received our ordered, I checked it and discovered our chicken was barely warm. I told the person at the window that the chicken was barely warm and he said it just came of out of the fryer. If that was the case, my chicken should have been steaming. I told him he was mistaken and asked him how long would it take for fresh chicken. He said 40 MINUTES and was very rude it it. There is not a person on this planet who cooks chicken for 40 minutes especially not a fast food chain. I immediately requested to speak with a manager. The manager reluctantly came to the window and I asked them for fresh chicken. They told me the chicken my husband and I received was fresh and hot. I told them that was not possible as the Cajun fries in the box were warmer than the chicken. At this point, I became extremely confused as to why they lied about the chicken I received and also why it became a big deal I request fresh, hot chicken. I told the manager I feel like I’m being lied to and asked once again how long it would take to receive fresh chicken and they finally response with 20 MINUTES.Why lie and why the attitude about fulfilling a customer very reasonable request especially if they are willing to wait for it. They gave me that response to hurry us along. That entire situation was asinine. I’m never coming to this location again!
Store was busy. Waited 20 mins for a routine order. They were focused on drive thru than im store customers. Did not explain delays, offer substitute or free side drink for the delay.
This review may come off horrible, but please know it's nothing against a person ethnicity. But, its a language barrier at this location. The cashier have a hard time speaking English. It took me 5 times to repeat my order and make sure it was documented correctly. I only wanted was a classic chicken sandwich and a 8 PCs chicken nuggets meal with red beans and rice. The cashier kept thinking I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and a 8 PCs nuggets with mash potatoes. That took about 15 minutes to order. When my food came out, they forgot to give me my classic chicken sandwich.
Normally have a decent enough experience. But this last experience, I ordered Mac and Cheese as my side, which I order about 90% of the time I go to Popeyes. The cashier didn't repeat my order and just told me the price. When I got the order I was surprised to see on the receipt and in the order mashed potatoes. I mentioned it to the person who prepared the order and he conferred with the cashier real quick. When he got back to me, he gave me a rude like as if he thought I was lying and just said "no mac and cheese" without apologizing about the situation. When I pressed for more information he said they were out. However the they weren't marked out of stock on the board and the cashier tell me they were out and asking for another choice (instead just selecting mashed potatoes). This gives me the impression that the cashier messed up which would have been fine, but instead of apologizing for either the mistake or being out they just said they were out and gave me a look that said "get out."
Do not eat here. Find another Popeyes. I love Popeyes. But this place takes zero care in how they prepare their food. There was plastic pieces in my red beans and rice and paper inside of my apple pie. It made me vomit! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION
Customer service is horrible. The Annandale manager there always give us a hard time when using coupon or discounted code. Never have any issue swith other Popeyes' restaurants in the area.
Too hot to eat inside, servers are too busy to help you when need it they wont have what youbask for, ordered a one of the knew chilled lemonade it was not chilled had to add ice lot of it, but the main concern was that it was to hot to eat there and the blinds were all the way up, thermostat was reading 84, it was cooler outside.
