I went today with my family to have a calm and nice dinner at this restaurant but the waiter was rude,he pick up our plates even tho we were not finished and he smell like he’s being drinking on the job and on top of that he charged the tip with out asking as the amount was worth a large soup not pleased with the service would not come back again!
Service was great and the place was super clean.Though food:Pho was ok, 3.5/5 stars. Nothing good or bad, but broth was a bit bland. I also ordered #4 which doesn't come w tripe, but somehow I got one w a bunch which I was ok with.I also got a banh mi (original) 1/5 star. Idk what was wrong with it but it was not edible for me, it had a very strong smell that I couldn't eat it either hot or cold. Maybe pate wasn't fresh? I've had this banh mi many times in various places/regions but it was just too greasy and smelled not appetiting. Had to give up 1/3 way:/
Always fast, friendly, and delicious! The prices are reasonable, but they were recently increased. The quality is worth it, and I highly recommend Pho Hot!
The food was good and came out fast and the price wasn't too bad, especially with inflation what it is right now. A couple small things keep me from giving this place five stars: the beef had a bit more fat on it than I would normally expect for pho and it took them a couple minutes to notice and seat me, even though I was the only one in there, but once I was seated the service was quick and attentive
Dined in on 4/1/22. The bill does not itemize your food order nor does it list the price. Use your math skills to make sure you are being charged correctly when it's time to pay. If you are unknowingly overcharged $2, that adds up when it's done to many patrons. Manager should watch the lady cashier and waiter. Unless......

This was my favorite place to go to for Pho. Lately it's been not that good. I always ordered the combination pho. Fifteen dollars for a L plate of soup and they don't give much meat. Not worth it anymore. Trying new places for now on.Reply to Restaurant. Very valid Points. But at the same time you raising the price and the lower amount of meat it doesn't make sense or justifies the cost . I recently had pho at other place and had a lot of more meat and less cost. I am not the only customer not happy as I can read other reviews. But well as a business I hope you look into it carefully and not keep losing customer when we can really see the difference in cost. This place has good very good pho but they skimp pot on the meat like the other reviews if I'm paying 13 to 16 dollars for a bowl of soup I expect it to be somewhat meaty and to 7 to 10 pieces of slicey then beef. I see on grub hub you have up your rates by 3 to 4 dollars a bowl.your asking 16 to 20.00 for a bowl of soup I hope you rethi k your prices and you will need to start adding more meat on you want to be stay on business longer I'm just saying
Over price, and somewhat deceptive. The menu had prices scratched out and replaced by hand written prices that were impossible to read. We ordered 2 Special Pho bows and got the bill of $34 not including tip.On top of this, the pho itself is not authentic... they include 2 pieces of beef bones with very chewy meat on them. Not sure what is going on of this restaurant, too bad...it used to be very good.
I always come here for my Pho. Quick service. Lots of seats. And a great staff. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys amazing food.
