Bad customer service. Waited for an 1 hr for pizza.
Its been 1 hour and 20 minutes and my order is nowhere to be found. Starving.
Food was the same as usual for Papa John's. However, the service was slow. I placed the order on line and was told it would take 15 to 20 mins. Got there in 20 and my pizza was done but I had to wait another 10 mins for the side. By then, of course, my pizza had cooled quite a bit. Disappointing.
Good pizza, however I have had better from different nearby Papa John’s location. There’s something about the crust not being as thick as other locations. Also crust tasted a little crunchy/burnt.
I ordered carry out and the garlic sauce was open in the box and spilled all over my pizza and my passenger seat. I called the store and talked to manager and he said "we have nothing to do with that." Seriously???? You sold me a pizza and I bought a pizza from your store, and it happened in the pizza box came out of your store and telling me you have nothing to do with that? Wow, what a great customer service you guys are providing. Just Amazing. Oh, Now I have to Detail my car so it doesn't smalls like garlic sauce. SUV garlic edition is what I'm owning from now on.
Best pizza in the area but way too expensive. Used to order weekly with promo codes but now none work. I check weekly for any deals but last 4 months there just isn't any. I stopped ordering from here.

Papa John's is not using personal face masks to protect customers or their employees. I recommend stopping all purchases until Coved-19 is cured.
