I asked to have the bread on the side, they didn’t do it, it was all soggy and disgusting I had to throw it away
They didn’t send bottle soda that I ordered, I called the store and they just easily offered to refund, it is not about refund or free stuff, it is all about customer service and how professionally care your job, your customers, after i lost my appetite, doesn’t matter if you refund me money.You guys have only job to focus on, food is tasty, delivery was good however no soda is a dealbreaker for dinner.
Been coming here for years ~ not exactly sure what happened to make this turn south ~ So, here's the tale: made an online early pickup order (5:40pm) via the app ~ two extra large meat lovers, one large thin crust veggie, plus $10 tip (figured the crew is working their butts off and during tough times), total = $75.69 ~ app indicated pizzas were done before the 6pm scheduled time, all good! ~ arrived at the store 5 minutes later, walked up to the counter gave staff member #1 the order name, he promptly walked to the back returning (within seconds), with two pizzas ~ then the fun began ~ starting with a Monty Python-esque (dead parrot skit) friendly argument with staff #1 ~ "I ordered three pizzas" ~ [staff #1 replied]: "No you didn't" ~ "Yes I did" ~ "No you didn't" ~ "Yes I did" ~ "No you didn't" ~ "Yes I did"....etc ~ [[Note, added scene setter, this exchange carried on for a few minutes in front of Junior Manager (on the phone), and Senior Manager (?), floating back and forth from the kitchen] ~ "Oh look" (I interrupted the exchange), "there's the order ticket taped to the top box, it says 2XL (pizza code), 1XL(pizza code), that's three pizzas." ~ "Oh" replied staff #1, a bit surprised ~ whereupon senior manager (making no eye contact) and staff #1 scurry to the back, returning with the missing pizza. "Oh" says staff #1, "You ordered three pizzas." "Thank you" (replying sarcastically), I guess this is what I get for including a $10 tip." ~ I picked up the three boxes, stepped out to the parking lot and loaded the pizzas in the backseat of the car ~ after starting the engine I look up, and staff #1 is approaching my driver's side window ~ "Sir, they told me we need to check if you got the right pizzas" ~ "Ok (starting to get a little frustrated) let's look" ~ I hopped out of the car, retrieved the three pizzas from the back seat floorboard, and presented them on the car hood for inspection." Staff #1, while checking the first box suddenly freezes in mid-motion (we both look up noticing Junior and Senior manager staring motionlessly at us through the window), "I need to take the pizzas back inside to check them" ~ Oh, okay, great, let's do that" I respond ~ meanwhile, out comes Junior Manager (passing staff #1 in the doorway), speaking with the authority of a customs agent, "Sir, We need to check the pizzas." ~ overwhelmed with moral weakness I reply, "Sure, you bet, while you're at it, take off the $10 tip" ~ Junior manager returns to the store --- and after several minutes of thorough pizza inspecting --- Staff #1 returns to the parking lot with the now cooling three boxes..... alas... might be a while before I order again from Paisanos....
Sometimes they get orders right and on time! Don't bother with the subs.
Eazy 4. This is good pizza.
Took my order, kept telling me it was on the way. Never delivered it and now they are closed and not accepting calls. I ordered a full hour and a half before closing. It's been over 2 hours and now I am going to have to dispute payment. So much for leaving a generous tip for the driver. Pretipping was a mistake.Edit: gave up waiting and went to get fast food. Came back to it sitting in front of my door ice cold. So that's about 2.5 hour delivery time.
Excellent fast service friendly staff. Pizza.
