Ordered a happy meal for my kid, asked for fruit punch. They said ok. Drove around, and was handed a coke. Told them it was supposed to be feuit punch, and the guy said they don't have fruit punch. I said ok can I have something that isn't soda because my daughter doesn't drink soda. He handed me what looked like lemonade. Didn't notice til I got home that he gave me SPRITE. Also, the food was cold and likely old. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this location, which is why I avoided it for so long. Only stopped here because my daughter was begging me for McDonald's chicken nuggets. I won't make that mistake again.
Ordered a Big Mac and this is what I got?!?!! Horrible service and it’s always a long line because it’s on a busy street. But otherwise drive to other location.
Dont go to this location for fries and chicken nuggets. the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were super dry and hard. it looks like they precooked too much to be out in the heat lamp. This is not the first time. I live nearby that is why I come here but this is my last time. I will go to other location where nuggets/fries are super good and cant stop eating them.
Horrible service, the chicken sandwich I ordered was soft and burnt. I told them and they said they will make me a fresh one in 5 minutes, it took 30 minutes and asked twice still wasn’t there. I just left the place.
It's always good to come back to McDonald's the only fast food you could love as a kid and the place you can count on to eat for a few bucks you're carrying in your pocket. Even if it does pound on the calories. Slapping my belly.
I'm usually too lazy to write reviews but I've had it with this mcdonalds. I seriously reccomend driving a bit further than using this mcdonalds. I consistent get my order messed up. When I'm at the resteraunt I can just let them know and get it fixed. But this time I ordered delivery and I was missing my fries and apple slices. Im just really annoyed

If u are hungry and is 1am or below don't waste your time go across the street is 7/11 def better place than this ...and cheaper ,i believe that McDonald's in South Sudan has better customer service and food...apologies for Ppl from Sudan.
This is the worst McDonald’s in Annandale and around the DMV. Everyone knows this. Please is trash and employees are horrible. Edit… still the same. Day 3 in a row you got this place and ordered a number 4 no cheese and add bacon. Get home first two days and cheese on my sandwich and no bacon. Today is day 3 going here and talked to the manger when she handed me my food about the issue. She really didn’t care. I drive off and check my sandwich today for day number 3 and guess what cheese on my sandwich again. So I go back in line and tell her about the mistake again for the third day in a row now. I don’t understand how hard it is to make one sandwich correct whiteout cheese. ????? Need to hire people that can read a screen!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous and not how a business is ran. This is the third mistake in a row. Three days in a row same issue… not coming back to this McDonald’s. Lol ?
The first time I visited, they were out of cheese. A bit bummed because I wanted a cheeseburger. But I ordered a regular hamburger instead. That burger was very dry and tasteless because there were no condiments on it. The second time I visited, I wanted a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel, but they were out bagels. The third time I ordered it the bagels were so hard and stale.
