Its OK at least there are a few KFCs aroundbi miss my KFC that was in Vienna that closed several years ago.
Very poor management here. The manager took my order for beyond chicken and took payment only to try and swap it out for actual chicken. Why he thought that was a valid substitution is beyond comprehension. Refused to cancel my entire order. Wasted 20 mins waiting in the drive thru for this because they are not doing dining in or even take out..
They do not close at 1am like advertised. I pulled up at 12:20a at the drive-thru and heard the automatic message saying they were closed and to come back during business hours.
Nasty looking dried brown stuff inside the bag and on the wrappers of my food. Does not look like simply beans. It looks to me like extremely old food which has me wondering how long has it been there and how did they not notice. Absolutely disgusting.
What's the point in ordering online for pickup if I'm forced to wait in the drive thru for and hour

Drive thru only as of 8/21/21, mediocre original fried chicken, dry biscuit w/ no margarine, and the mashed potatoes \\u0026 gravy just wasn't good. I wasn't expecting much from fast food but this was my first KFC trip in many years \\u0026 this will now definitely be my last KFC experience.
So poor customer service, when I asked a question guy does not answer my question. Harsh attitude. Phone service so poor.

I am a big fan of KFC, but the food I bought today from this franchise was dry, chewy and nasty, would never go to this franchise again.
