Not trustworthy. It was a first and bitter experience. The Manager or Someone posing to be Manager was extremely rude and unapologetic at their error.I placed an order on phone, unit price and total price was given. I went for pick up, same price was announced at the Cashier's. With all trust and confidence, I swiped my card just to reach home and discover that a higher amount was actually charged. I called back for explanation and correction but all the rude guy kept telling me is that the price I paid was the actual price. I asked him to listen the recording of my order on their system to disprove me, but he wouldn't. To further prove that they are full of wrong information, they recorded a strange Last Name on my order: not even one letter of that name is in my actual Last name. I wonder where the name came from.Funny indeed, he was threatening me to never buy from that spot again, as if I will be stupid enough to go back there again.
Tracker said pizza was ready, I came in, pizza was not ready, I waited 10 minutes, the employees behind the counter were disorganized and in a panic, put my pizza in the wrong box, handed me the wrong pizza. In their haste. They forgot to read my order and forgot to give me sauce. God awful all around service. Dominos isn't worth the trouble.
I pre-ordered 9 pizzas at 545pm to be delivered at 7pm for a birthday party and paid over $75. Not only did the delivery driver arrive at 730pm .... 30 MINUTES LATE but when I asked to speak to the store manager I am placed on hold and they do not want to answer! I am a Manager myself and would NEVER provide this type of service.
Went here before and it was ok, but this last time was a pretty bad experience. Took way longer to deliver than it should’ve and the pizza was like warm with minimal toppings on it
I order 2 medium pizza and wings the pizzas and wings were cold and they also for got another part of my order this is the 2nd time within a month and when you call to complain the don't seem to care and want to do nothing about it they just care about stealing people's money and when I tried to pay cash they weren't accepting that either this is the worst dominos ever
I have been ordering pizza from this location for more than 8 years now. My kids and family enjoy our food from here. Happy customer ?
I orders 2 pizzas, 2 orders of stuffed cheese bread, and an order of lava cakes. When the order was delivered, the lava cakes were missing. I called and they said it would be an hour, but they would deliver the cakes. About an hour later the lava cakes arrived, but they were not "lava cakes" (see photo) This is how my lava cakes were delivered. I love dominos, and don't normally have issues, but this is horrible customer service.
Very bad service. Won't even answer the phone after calling multiple times. Pizza took more than 2 hours to arrive. Clowns didn't even process the order until I had to call a representative
I am highly disappointed. Neither my garlic nor Buffalo dipping sauce was added to my order & when I called the store I waited on the line for several minutes & was disconnected. This is unacceptable. Someone needs to be doing quality control before sending orders out the door. If I could rate lower than 1 I would because this isn’t the first time this has happened
Short staffed today, but the staff did a fabulous job. The pizza is consistent and good. Kids love the Jr pizza inspector station. The buffalo bites are yummy too.
