Chicken was good with the exception of the service. Two young male workers at the front didn't wear their mask and chatted continuously. I saw one cook didn't wear a mask either. I would not want to go back this place with Omicron as contagious as it is.
No radish in the bag! Are you kidding me? Ruined our family dinner after coming home, they didn't give us any Korean radishes. I called to complain, the worker told me to come and get it on a snowy night in NOVA. Check your bags before leaving the restaurant. Worst of it is - I tipped them.
Surprised to see any bad reviews of this place. Eaten here 3 or 4 times and never been disappointed. Price is reasonable (~$15) for a full meal. Love the snow onion chicken - very unique.
This place used to have the best chicken in Annandale. Recently I called to order and was told they were no longer offering Tikkudak. No way to complain to corporate. Bad business decision. Lost your competitive advantage. Will take my business elsewhere.
Worst ever. I ordered 4 chickens but only got 2. When I was picking up I have asked whether the one bash was it and he said yes. Turns out only half of what I ordered was there. When I called he said we need to pick it up on a holiday time and he won’t void the transaction. He hung up on me when I asked to void transaction or deliver since it was not my fault and I had 10 ppl in my house for the food and that’s how he reacts?! Worst ever customer service and scamming they are doing. Don’t ever go here
They have good back kitchen staff very friendly. There are two young people that work there that are horrible at customer service. There is a new Asian girl that works there who fast talks you and doesn’t listen to what you order. I ask for specific instructions on how I like my order to be prepared and they have attitude very nasty cashiers.
The food is incredible. Plenty of picked radish as an appetizer. It's very nearly a 5 star review except:-it's unclear what the menu is (I missed the qr code on the napkin dispenser my first visit)-owner takes any tips from card sales. If you want your tips to go to the employees, TIP IN CASH
I will keep choong man ahead of Popeyes because of their delicious ? sauces. The red sauce and the white snow onion sauce are my favorites. Best when combined with both the sauce.
Ordered pickup from this location today and received soggy chicken with no pickled radish. I've had good experiences at other CM chicken locations, so I'm disappointed at this particular store.
A place I've been going to for a couple years now. I usually call in and order ahead of time and the employees are really chill and are good about service. Not to mention the interior is kept pretty clean. I would definitely recommend their garlic soy chicken or the curry chicken as they give just the right amount of spicy and sweet for a unique and delicious flavor. I really like their fries too. They never fail to satisfy my Korean fried chicken cravings.
