Worse McDonald’s I have ever bought some food from. It is very cold, bad attitude, everything start from when i give her cash in her hand for my order and she give me the chance and put it on the table even when i was still try to get it in my hand back and she walk a way i was not believing that l. I ask her to give hot food and she took it back and return same food and not even hot ots cold as first one i got.

I drove in to order food at around 1:31am. If I could give negative 5 I would. I pull up to the window and noticed the guy who takes money is also the person who packs the food. I asked him can he put gloves on. He said no I don’t have to. How disrespectful can you be? He started yelling at me saying I don’t have to wear gloves if I don’t want to. You can either get your food or leave and take it. Like WTH? What happened to the customer service in this world? Working in fast food industry you as a person should want to wear gloves. Think about all the things being touched and then someone random just touches your food. I will never go here again. So disrespectful. I only asked a simple question. No need to yell at me. And then be rude about it. You can not have employees talk to customers any kind of way. Nobody will come to your establishment and then you won’t have a business. Sad!

Service at this location is below average fast food standard, but the main reason I’m writing this review is for something strange that always seems to happen when I order a sandwich from the drive-thru here: it is always smashed. I mean, flattened like a pancake. Why? It’s happened enough times now that it can’t just be a coincidence or bad luck. Do they have someone in the kitchen smashing sandwiches? Is that a paid position? Breakfast, lunch or dinner it doesn’t matter, that sandwich will be smashed.

Freaking terrible Burger King, and that's saying a lot as my favorite fast food joint. I've loved Burger King since I was a kid and go once in a blue moon to the ones in the DMV area for a treat. This Burger King time and time again over the years has been terrible, for both in-person ordering and drive thru. Anytime I've gone inside, the wait takes forever and the order is not always right.Recently I decided to order through the app 40 MINUTES ahead of time as I was finishing running errands and as this Burger King is the only one near me and it's a 30 min drive away. Despite putting in the order well in advance, they still didn't have it ready yet when I arrived 40+ mins later. No one was answering the drive thru so I moved up and told the cashier I had an online order. She got mad at me and insisted I have to say it through the speaker first. I had to drive around and wait in line AGAIN just to tell them a second time I have an online order into the speaker. Then, it was very obvious they didn't have it ready yet as they made me wait at the pick-up window another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and seriously considering not coming back, even if I have to drive 45 mins to other locations, or not go at all.

Worse service ever. Waited at least 10 mins at the drive through order screen and kept saying “hello..? Hello?” While a line formed behind us. Thought the mic was broken so we drove to the window. The lady was on a call on her cell phone. We waited for her to finish then she asked us what we ordered, and before we could answer she shoo us back to the drive through line saying “you need to place an order I cant take your order here!”. We just stared in disbelief and drove off. Rudest Obnoxious being ever.

Super slow (about 15 minutes from start to finish in the drive through), but they got the order 100% correct, including special requests, like extra onions and pickles. Getting it right is all too rare which balances out the wait!

NOT 24 HRS!This location always has issues. I'm assuming due to lack of staff?...Not open the last 4 times I came here.This last time was at 5AM on the way to work. Hoping to get a bite to eat, however just like a few other times, there's employee sitting at table inside but the restaurant is not operating or answering phones.Also, Burger King Customer service is basically non existent as I have called previously for a different issue with wrong and missing food and no response...

Just got sandwich, didn't have onion rings. Sandwich was ok little cold but it worked. The Biggest issue was how they talked to the customers! The person behind counter was rude kept talking over the people in front of me when they were trying to ask a question! The man an his wife were trying eat when they got their food went to table and they had not given them any forks. When the man came back they would only give him 1 fork said that's all they can give him! He said that there is 2 of us an they still refused! So the old man an his wife had to share a fork! SAD!

Lost mobile order. We're out of onion rings. Would not up size French ? to make up for it. Soda pop dispenser was out of almost everything but Coke, Sprite and water. Plus, had no idea how to credit purchase for loyalty program. Plus, very dirty floor

This Burger King ? was one of the best I have ever been to.The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious while the restaurant was super clean.I will repeat my earlier statement.
