This place is an absolute disgrace to be called a restaurant they have some of the slowest and laziest workers in the world. I placed an order and was told it would be 10 minutes after 25 minutes went by I asked what was going on and the lady told me that it would be another 20 minutes I finally received my food and hour later after the staff sat there and talked more than they worked. Also they is not way to contact the restaurant or speak to a manager because all the phone lines for the restaurant are disconnected. High hopes for this place but the owner needs an entire new staff that actually wants to work
First of all the staff isn’t welcoming at all I had to call 3 times to get someone to awnser the phone once she does awnser the phone I proceeded to ask can I please get all flats she said no she couldn’t up charge me it would have to be done at the time of ordering okay cool that’s fine hung up , when I pick up my food the cashier smacks my food against the cash register before giving it to me and slams the cups on the counter . Then my food was wayyyyyy over seasonedTaste like the whole bottle of seasoning was in my plate ?Very rude I love wing stop but save your time you will be disappointed the customer service is TERRIBLE ?
Ordered delivery online and paid for two of the same orders, and paid for ranch with both orders. When I received the delivery there was only one of the orders of wings and two ranch sauces. I called the store for an hour and no one would answer the phone. I've had to now email the company to hopefully not pay for something I never even received. This is so sad for a company charging so much for wings. $40 dollars down the drain for 10 wings.
There's obviously staffing issues and the food quality sucks. Corporate needs to come in to show them how not to overcook the wings & fries ? I'm taking these burnt fries back for a new order
Never again to the Wingstop. They never answer the phone or do they even have one. Whole order of wings missing. Ordered online and arrived missing a whole order of wings. Good luck on trying to get the order fixed so you can eat that night. They don't care about customer satisfaction or if they have returning clients. I wish I could give them a -5 star. Worst customer service. ? Not worth your time or money.
First off they NEVER EVER answer me the phone . Walked in to not being greeted nor anyone acknowledging i was there . I just stood there while they slowly moved in kitchen . My food was already done i just had to receive but had to wait 5 mins because they didn’t wanna come to the front for whatever reason . Then while i was waiting i saw one of the cooks picking and choosing the smaller wings to put into people orders . Then when i got home i noticed he did the same thing to me lol , worst wingstop I’ve ever been to . They need new employees for sure .
Worst wingstop ever! Every time we order, something is ALWAYS missing OR we get the wrong order. EVERY time. They never answer the phones, ever! The whole staff needs to be fired and management too.Save your time and money and don’t go here. They need to be shut down until new management comes in and new employees WHO ACTUALLY want to work. Trash, trash, trash place. What a disappointment to the wingstop name. Do better.
Not a big fan. Ok, I guess - but the flavor seemed the same regardless of what was ordered. Also, the price of wings here (and elsewhere) has made them a meal I will pass on going forward.
Similar poor experience as others have posted. Made a large order online for pick up, got home and noticed a whole batch of wings were missing. Called the store to fix the issue but nobody answered. Went to the store to resolve the issue. The employee told me that they didn't sell the wings I bought. I showed him the order on my phone to show what what I ordered and he told me he couldn't read from my phone. No resolution to their mistake, nor any attempt to try to fix it. I like Wingstop, but will go to different franchises or wing type places in the future.
I will never be coming back to this location ever again. We asked for curbside since we are not feeling well and the staff were absolutely disgusting to us. They refused to bring the food to the door even though we paid. We had masks on and notified them we were unwell, we also called the store 6 times and they refused to answer the phone. The woman inside stated I would not get my order AFTER we had already paid online. We all want to be safe from COVID and those who get it need accommodations so we don’t expose others. Thankfully a young gentleman put on gloves and sat the bag outside of the door, which doesn’t seem like it was impossible to do from the jump. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
