Maybe it’s just this time I’m here, but this place has got some of the WORST customer service skills I’ve seen in a fast food establishment. Firstly, the lady moving the orders from the Kitchen to the counter was grossly rude and unprofessional to an Uber driver, who clearly didn’t speak very good English. She asked if he had a mobile order, to which he said “Uber”. She loudly, rudely, and without making eye contact said “Uber and Mobile Order are the same thing, Uber is Mobile Order”. The driver then walked away, clearly crushed by her lack of professionalism. My friend then stepped up to the counter to order, inserted his card, and the terminal had an error. The order taker loudly said “your card is declined”. There is a certain level of professionalism that needs to happen when a customer’s card declines, and loudly announcing it isn’t it. He then swiped his same card again, and it went through. My order then makes it to the counter from the Kitchen, I walk up, and thank the lady and smile at her (since she clearly needed it), and she just blankly stared at me.I have over 10 years of Customer Service experience, and train new hires on this aspect of business, and these two clearly need more training.
This is one of the best Wendy's near me. They get my order correct and complete very regularly. I've only had issues twice, once with a rude employee who didn't want to give me the frosty I ordered and another when they didn't have the spicy nuggets or spicy ranch sauce and tried to trick me by putting in the regular nuggets and sauce. I have more issues with their parking lot, it can get crowded and because of where we live people don't know they should be making u-turns in the lot. These people should be banned from ordering frosties... but that's not a real thing, yet.
Waited on fresh nuggets yet my burger and chicken sandwich were at least an hour old. Cold and dry. Thats really bad
Worst service!! Is this what fast food has come to? Online orders and door dash? What has happened to customer service when you arrive in a store to sit and eat? I received poor service! Waited in line to be served for 10 minutes and this location was not busy!!Can we please attend to the customer who walks in! And not act as if he/she doesn’t matter.
Difficult to get my mobile order from drive-thru. They didn't seem to understand the letters that were used for my order pickup code. Took a long time and many repetitions before they understood. And then they almost forgot to give me my drink.However I got the Dave's single and it was delicious as usual.Fries were a bit cold. Obviously the meal had been sitting out in the bag for a while.
While on 95, on the way home from an evening in DC, we had the yearning for a late night burger and stopped in to this Wendy’s. The drive thru was busy, which made us hopeful that the food would be fresh and for the most part, the burger was, even if it had the white part of the ice berg lettuce on it, which was huge, thick and nasty. But the fries were not very good… they were lukewarm and barely salted. Interesting, because I was reading and even took a pic of the sign on their drive-thru window explaining how they “guarantee” their fries… We didn’t want to deal with another round through the drive-thru, so we left instead of taking advantage of this silly “guarantee!”
Can't deny "The Snowman" his Large Vanilla Frosty. I'll come in & get that at least 3 times a week. They have affordable breakfast, but becareful that they don't cheat you on portions for the breakfast potatoes. They also charge too much for a large upgrade on that. At least, if they give me the wrong items they replace them with something fresh. As for their 4 for $4 combo, it's a favorite .
We happend to be on our way home and Wendy's was a perfect compromise. Everybody got something they wanted and the food was fresh and delicious. It is usually a bit out of our way but well worth the drive even on a cold day.. Thier selection of burgers with bacon are the best!
Does a good job. Some mistakes they fix quickly without complaint. We all make mistakes. Kind staff. Open late. It is Wendy's.
I am never coming back to this location. The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. You will get your food and then be stuck in line all over again because there's no way to get past the cars at the end of the line. It's like one big chaotic circle around the restaurant. Food was great but when I tried to pick up my mobile order it took 3 people to find it. Just not worth the hassle. Find another Wendy's.
