Our first visit and it was amazing! The unique menu selections and outstanding service from Theodora made it a memorable experience. We appreciated the great table location to celebrate my birthday. The Stuffed Flounder with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat was excellent! The Tiramisu is the best we have ever had, and Theodora thoughtfully had "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in chocolate syrup!
What a fabulous restaurant to have a lovely Mother’s Day meal with my children and grandchildren. It may look like a small restaurant on the outside but this is a gem in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. I made a reservation for 9 and even though our whole party had not arrived, they kindly seated us upstairs. We did not feel crowded even when our whole party arrived. The thoughtful server kept our glasses filled with water and allowed us time to look at the menu. They were thoughtful and kind to my 4 grandchildren and even offered to put the artichokes on the side of my one grandson’s shrimp scampi. The fettuccine Alfredo was amazing, the lamb shank was scrumptious and tender, the veal saltimboco was so tender and flavorful. My daughter in law loved her fish stuffed with feta and spinach. Even the green beans seemed extra good. We enjoyed our meals very much. I would love to come back to eat here during nice weather( it was cold and rainy) and have dinner in the garden. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We were at the National Harbor for business meetings. Took large group to dinner. The food, ambiance, service were all exception. We all were very please. Highly recommend.
This is an exceptional restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding! I definitely recommend this restaurant for a group dinner, or a romantic experience.
Food was underwhelming and extremely salty. Waiters just seemed confused the whole time. We were supposed to get side vegetables but then was served microwaved spaghetti bolognese with that tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile…. Made the most of it though lol. Also, why did the chicken piccata not have capers?
food has no seasoning and if you’re young and/or not white the waiter/waitress acts as if you can’t afford to eat there
We went for Mousaka but it was not available. Also, no loukoumades! Avgolemono soup was great. The rest was very good, lamb kapama loved it, with spaghetti. Good choice.
Love the food. I think service is typical post COVID. For me loud is ok. I’ll definitely be back.
