Such a friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere with good music, and delicious pizza.The cheese is the best part. Their pizza reheats well in my opinion but I know that's sort of a each to their own taste buds situation.They have really unique pizza slices such as the Asian fusion ones, baked ziti ones, and truly salad on top veggie ones.They are quick to customize a slice for you which I applaud.Also as a personal gold star, they have not only shaky cheese and pepper, they have garlic AND oregano to top off your pizza.Love them.Only downside is it's hard to park and leave the place because the road and shopping center which isn't really their fault or in their control. Still worth going though!
Great pizza we tried the Sicilian pizza and Meataterian Baked Ziti there were delicious, we also tried the chicken roll which we didn’t like as much as the pizza ?
I don’t know what they put in that pizza… but I know that it’s out of this world. I’ve never tasted pizza that good. Every thing was perfect, no beyond perfect. After I was done I ordered 5 more to go. This place is something this world isn’t prepared for. Go to this place but there pizza eat it. Then give it 5 stars.
Updating the review, but leaving the initial experience below.To avoided the Slice app issued, called in an order for pickup. Large pizza, half pepperoni. Said it would be 30 minutes and was ready on time. Odd positive, but I feel like their pizza sizes are larger than standard. The medium/small is 14" and the large is 20". It's a BIG pizza. So far it's as close to what I was looking for when it comes to NJ/NY style pizza. Now it was a little pricey as the large, half topping comes to a little over $24. I'd consider the small/medium for next time. Also hoping to have better luck with the app in the future to earn rewards. I'll give them another try.-------------------Placed an order at 5:45pm on the Slice app and it's now 7:55pm and I haven't received my order. I'll definitely update the review once I get to try the food, but with the initial. ETA of 6:30pm and a "latest" of 6:45pm, this is really unacceptable.Edit: Unfortunately after contacting Slice a second time to find out what the issue was, they ended up cancelling the order. No idea what the details of the problem was as both times I contacted Slice, they said the business told them twice that I'd be receiving my order "shortly". It seems after two hours it won't be arriving.
Love this Family owned restaurant, prices are kind of high but totally worth it! The employees have great customer service & are always smiling! The cheesecake is AMAZING!
Valentino's has been my go to for best pizza in the area for many years so it makes me sad to have to post this, but it's fair. This is at least the 3rd time that I've experienced bad customer service by a gentleman who seems very unhappy with his job, he is so rude and I think he is a manager! Uncalled for!This time on top of bad service, I got a burned and cold slice of pizza. I ordered a slice of pizza and chicken wings, too. When I arrived to pick up my order, the pizza was ready but the wings were not. I didn't think of checking the pizza at the restaurant when I picked it up because their food has always been of highest quality. However, it obviously got cold while the wings were being made. When I got home I was so disappointed to have to reheat it on top of it already being burned, (picture is prior to warming up at home), definitely not the pizza that I was looking forward to eating. This time Valentino's failed me in delivering good customer service and good food! Seems like it's time to start looking for a new favorite pizza place in the area. ☹️
Dont know how i have missed this place. Dropped by to get a slice of pizza. Wow I felt like i was in NYC. Has to be the best cheese NYC style pizza in Alexandria. I tried their other slices hands down the cheese slice is the best. The dough on point not too thick not to thin just right. Service was a little below par but its worth the attitude to get a slice of NYC style pizza.
never tried anything but the pizza lol. next time we vow to try a pasta dish or gyro. it's pretty delicious and the large pizza is huge! it's almost authentic but not quite there yet lol. we always order to go and it hasn't ever been a long wait.
Terrible customer.... service thirty minutes after I placed the order. The manager called stating that they couldn't make the delivery because of the distance. I ordered delivery from them before. The manager was very nasty and told me that there is nothing that can be done. I asked to speak to the owners and he also said he didn't know who they were. I have never experienced such rude customer service like this before.
You'll be full from just 1 slice. Their portions are really big and the pizza itself is delicious. All of that PLUS it's not expensive at all. This is my new regular go-to pizzeria. None of the chains compare to what these guys are serving.
