We live in the community and order food from time to time. Always good food and BETTER service. One time they forgot to place and item in the bag. A gentleman actually drove to my house and handed me the item they forgot to place in the bag! So yes I highly recommend Tops China.
Food was bad and extremely salty you can definitely tell that the chicken wings was overly cooked and dry would never recommend this establishment to anyone

There was no beef in the bottom half of the beef fried rice. I called and they said there’s not supposed to be any beef in the bottom because it was a small beef fried rice I’ve never heard of this
My husband and I love this place! It's open later than all the other Chinese places, it's cheeper, super fast, and the food is always hot and fresh. We recommend Tops China to everyone!
Way too inconsistent I ordered the boneless spare ribs and general Tso last night and it seemed old stale and not fresh. Some times there food is good sometimes it’s not I don’t have money to be wasting to find out.If your going to call yourself TOP China be consistent

Let's start with thank God they're open late because not much things are open late on Richmond highway these days.I ordered the fried Chicken wontons and you get 10 pieces for $3.75. The steamed dumplings you get 8 pieces for $5.25, and Gunpower Shrimp which comes with white rice "Crispy jumbo shrimp sauteed with chopped onion in chef's special salt and pepper"As you can tell I ordered while being super hungry because I did not eat all of that food in one sitting. What I can tell you is that every single thing I ordered was delicious. I can't wait to go back and explore other items from the menu. They definitely have a new customer.
Well, I can’t vouch for the Chinese food OR the delivery, but the 4 whole wings with french fries for $6 is legit. I don’t know where they get their wings from, but they’re HUGE and fried hot, hard, and crispy. Frozen crinkle cut fries are bulletproof; you have to be trying really hard to screw them up. Their “mumbo sauce” is basically a bbq sauce; just can’t find decent mumbo sauce outside DC or PG County, so I douse them with a good Mexican hot sauce instead. If you’re jonesing for wings, hit these guys up.
