The burgers are delicious and the chili cheese fries are so good! The price is reasonable. We placed a mobile order and picked up so I didn't have much interaction with the staff. But the person we picked up the order from was very courteous. We only just found this place but we will definitely be back!
Had a BBQ bacon burger. Patty was thicker than you can get almost anywhere else. Burger was very good, but cooked slightly more than I asked, not a huge deal. I would take a half star off for only having Pepsi products for soda.
Inside was clean, food was cooked quickly, the burgers were actually cooked to order. The grillmaster at lunch seemed to be on top of it. Even the burger salad was very fresh.
Very good big burgers. Took some hungry boys here after a basketball tournament. This place left everyone satisfied.
Solid shop to build your own burger or grab one of their house made concoctions. They also have Coney Dogs which are the closest thing you can get to a chilli cheesedog around here. Every time my family and I visit we are never disappointed and that is a feat within itself. They make great food and the staff is always nice. Even when they are at peak capacity. #Solid
The food is quite delicious here. The build-your-own burgers are awesome and the original shack salad is so good.
5 stars for this place having great options.Finally a place that offers vegan/vegetarian options that taste good and aren’t “beyond meat”! Falafel burgers, lentil burgers, spinach burgers. AND for those who have wheat (gluten) sensitivities, they even have a GF burger bun and ask if you have allergies (probably so that they can cook it separately from the wheat foods). It’s so hard to find places have this many alternative food options that are so tasty. Oh, and the cashier (male) was kind and patient. Very clean restaurant, lots of seats. I recommend this place.
I visited Burger Shack today. The store was really clean and the ladies were very friendly and polite. The man cooking my food was not. He was wondering about moving a trash can as he passed through the isles so I asked one of the ladies if she could ask him to please change his gloves before handling my food. First he asked 'Why?" then he proceeded to argue with her, so finally she said the customer is asking. He made a huge deal and acted like I accused him of something. Finally I said either change the gloves or refund my money so he begrudging changed them. The ladies were very apologetic about his behavior and I appreciate that however I will never eat here again.
The burgers are cooked to order. I enjoyed it but my burger was cooked over what I wanted, but still tasted great nonetheless. Fries and tots are great as well! I plan to be back!
This is the third time I walked into the restaurant at 840 to 850 and they tell you, “we are closed”. The signs say 9pm, google says 9 but they decide to close early so they can get their side work done. Customer service has gone down hill and suggest avoiding the restaurant. If they are too busy closing then what other short cuts are they taking?
