We’ve been coming here for years, even before they moved to their current location. Through the pandemic we continued to patronize them and always enjoyed the food.Last night we ordered take out and I was shocked at how much their prices have gone up. I get it, all prices are rising. However, my real disappointment arose when my wife asked if I picked up the correct order: the portions have been cut back so much that she assumed they were appetizers. The servings of rice were larger than the entrees.Needless to say, raise prices or cut portions, but don’t do both. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Perhaps nearby Sisters Thai.
Love coming here for lunch. Portions are perfect and all the dishes I've tried so far taste great.
I sought out Thanida Thai after a difficult, exhausting day, and found just what I was looking for: a quiet, inviting restaurant with excellent service and atmosphere. The Thai decor and lighting are very pleasant. I asked if my “two peppers” spicy drunken noodles order could be modified to “half a pepper” and the cook met my request perfectly—such a delicious, satisfying meal! I left feeling well cared for.
Best Thai food in the area. I have had all the other Thai restaurants in the area and this place is number one in quality and flavor. I mostly order dinner to go/takeout.
Listen, I don’t know who gave this place 5 stars. Everything was extremely bland, lacking the bare minimal - salt and pepper. I mean, it was terrible. The absolute worst food I’ve ever had in my 40 years of living. I don’t even do reviews, I just had to with this place! Good Lord! How?! Nothing about their food is authentic Thai food. I wouldn’t even go back here if it was free!
By fAR this was one of the "WORST" Thai restaurants I have ever had the Mis -fortune of getting food from. The food was OVERCOOKED including the rice and it taste "OLD". I spent 3 years in Thailand and I have eaten "Better Tasting " food off the streets from vendors in Thailand. Trust me all of the over was FRESH.People given this restaurant 5 stars have NO IDEA of what good Thai food REALLY taste like. I thrown the food out and purchase from another Thai Restaurant closer to me in Arlington.
We loved this restaurant! The server was sweet, the food was delicious and the serving sizes were decent. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Beef Pad See-Ew and left with happy bellies. Oh also, their Thai tea was fantastic! This off the beaten path restaurant is worth seeking out.
This is my “Go To” place in Old Town North. The wait staff is wonderful and the food is good and very consistent. Whether you dine in or take out - you will love this place like I do. We need family owned neighborhood restaurants like this!
This place is awesome. Very friendly and attentive servers. Food is great no matter what you order and of you ask for spicy, they make it spicy! Absolutely love this place and everything about it. Go give them your business NOW!
Delicious and savory Thai food. Some of the best I've had! Highly recommend the Chicken Rama and Pad See-Ew. Went for lunch and went back for dinner!
