Cannot reach sweetgreen to personalize order. Online keeps saying I’ve reached maximum number of changes but is including by default 3 dressings for 1 salad. Tried phone. Wrong number on here, Google. We liked food last times. Maybe it’s undergoing system updates. Have to rate service low to get attention. It was fine. July 21, 2022.
Not great at all. I was excited to order. Once I got home, there were black bugs crawling in my salad! I will never order here again and don't recommend that you order here as well!

This place is not great at all. I have gone many times and the service always is bad I have not once had a good customer service experience and I have been to this location over 7 times and today I had enough they over charged me like crazy I always get a Cesar salad with no tomato and add broccoli and sweet potato. Today they charged me 6 dollar for chicken and I told the lady oh made my order it’s a Cesar salad with some modifications and they charged me Custom and they didn’t fix that for me and I was nice the the lady I told hey you are charging me to much and said no we are not this and that but here is the receipt. Like man you need to train you staff plus I was waiting just to have my order taken and everyone is just looking at me like I am lost. I will be taking this higher up since it’s been over 7 times in a row I have received bad service and I like the food but the people here don’t care about customer service ! Horrible service don’t go here just mobile order if that .look at photo you can’t even see chicken wow 6 dollars worth of chicken ….
I needed a heater this morning. I called no one will answer. I went there. Asked for heaters were they said in the back. I walk through the back. There was not much on the shelves. There were no heaters. I walked back up to ask the same person about the exact location. She said there are no heaters. I asked her to start answering the phones when people called. She just turned around. They do not care
As always, fresh, healthy and the best tasting salads. The staff are all so polite and friendly.
This is one of my favorites. It is comfort healthy food. I really enjoy Guacamole greens. Service was nice and quick.
had a very sub par pesto chicken salad yesterday. the romain lettuce was frozen, my salad only had the broccoli stems and hardly any dressing! I've had the same salad many times from other locations and it was much better. maybe an off day for whoever was working...disappointing
Did date night here. I had whatever the seasonal salad was, my wife had something custom. The custom one turned out to cost almost twice as much, so be aware of that.
