The place was dirty and barley had any flavors working. The toppings looked liked they were left out all weekend and they didn’t even have bottled water to serve and/or sell.
This location is terrible… when you walk in it smells like expired milk.. then the cashier who was there, not sure if it was a boy or girl, was cursing in Spanish and throwing ice cream cups. Overall this place is dirty and they barely have choices & their toppings are pretty old and stale
This location just need to close. It was messy from previous customers. The yogurts did not match the labels. The topping options were slim and the kid behind the counter was on his phone. We will not eat at this location again. ?
This was the absolute worst Sweet Frog I have been to. The girl with blonde and black short hair kept disappearing to hang out with her friends when I was trying to check out. After she checked me out she sat back down with her friends and complained about serving customers. This was 5:30 PM EST January 2nd. Management should speak to her about this very rude.

I come in every Monday and like clockwork we have the worst service at the cleanest location. Same sorry teen working named JAIDYN. He is always in the back ..never in the front to greet guests. He doesn't speak when he finally makes an appearance and will disappear when we are ready to check out. No personality at all. Horrible customer service but unfortunately his sorry tail is probably the only help they can get at this time. if I were a secret shopper (smile) that would be unfortunate. Seriously when I first went there we waited so long for someone to appear that I got ready to call the police. It's spotless in there only because most folks probably leave thinking they're closed. Sorry lazy worker makes this place a never go again after 3 x of going hoping another (any other) employee would be there. Signed ..angry customer and mom. I'll take my kids elsewhere!
Brought my daughter to this place. The cashier took a while to come out from the back and I asked if it was okay to stay inside (due to COVID) and I was told by her that it was okay as long as we clean up after ourselves because her boss is very picky about neatness. First, there is no sign at the door stating that seating i side is not available, I was being courteous when I asked. What kind of restaurant asks their customers to clean up after themselves? Maybe it’s acceptable to some people but not for me. It seemed lime we were an inconvenience to her
We did a stop by there are so many healthy choices I m lactose intolerant and they had me covered... so glad we stop by
Although very pricey, every flavor was outstanding and very satisfying!
Dirty.... bathroom dirty, eating area, and the snack bar. Customer service is terrible. Tall guys is on his phone and in the back. I had to use the bathroom and there is a code I had to go in the back to yell for him to get the code.
