The worst Starbucks I have been to!!??. I ordered an iced green tea latte blending with ice on top and a bit of whip cream. I end up with a green tea frap! I want my order correctly but they insist not to make the one that I have ordered. Also, arguing with me which is very bad customer service. Our drinks take over 20 mins. My boyfriend and I will never come back to this Starback again! ??????
Has to be one of the worst Starbucks in existence. Can't handle the volume of customers, complete chaos any morning during the busy hours even if you order ahead. Nothing to do with COVID either it's been the same way long before the pandemic started.
Been going to this Starbucks for couple years now and they manage with what they can, yes there have been times when the order has taken somewhat longer than expected however staff always seems to be trying their best. There’s other locations where staff don’t show an ounce of effort despite long lines. I’ve seen people come in and complain that their mobile orders aren’t ready and when asked how long ago they ordered it was only about two minutes. This of course followed by their threats to leave bad reviews. Be real people, realize that there are peak hours in coffee shops so plan accordingly. I work nearby and place my order before leaving which is about an 8 minute drive. Very rare for my order which includes multiple drinks and food items is wrong or late. Thank you Starbucks staff for your hard work!
Starbucks in general is a little pricey. This particular location had a great barista.
The manager of this Starbucks lives by the motto, "The customer is always wrong unless he agrees with the manager." He is rude, disrespectful, and haughty, and is dismissive of customers. The rest of the staff are good but are at the mercy of the manager. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Typical Starbucks. My drink is correct about 80% of the time. Most staff are great.
The location is not that fancy, but it is practically a great place to have shirt meetings and a coffee.
I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for two coffees. They take on way too many online orders than they can handle. They need to limit their online orders if it’ll take this long.
Don’t waste your time with a mobile order. I’ve been late to work about 3 times waiting for my coffee at this location even after placing a mobile order.
