Your average Starbucks serving caffeine and Karma. Nice location. My daughter and I ordered in-store, individually. Mine was up super-fast. Waited for a long time for hers. A bunch of drinks were put out on the counter. Some were claimed here and there by people who called ahead. Baristas never called my daughter's name for her beverage or looked at her. Finally we had to ask if it was hers. It was. By that time I was done, and I was sipping slowly.
Terrible service, even if you order online, it's always delayed
The matcha is good but not shake it enough there is part that are not completely dissolve when I drink it.
They serve so-called hot coffee why I don't know why

This is a nice fresh store with plenty of staff, very friendly, and I was in and out quickly with my order on a weekday morning.

I just lefted there.. 1st off I waited for 15mins... and an extra 3 because my name was spelled wrong... on my sandwich.. my name is kendra not tinda... she didn't even asked for me to repeat my name I assume you heard what I said... so my sandwich sat out due to a wrong spelling.. so my coffee came since I waited I assumed it was mine. I said for kendra? The lady said no... I didn't say anything... so no one answered so she walked to the lady who took my order and she pointed to me.. and she said sorry she just spelled your name wrong.. I took my coffee and sandwich and they didn't even give me a straw...did not apologized for it.
